中等跨径波形钢腹板组合梁应用研究

【摘要】:波形钢腹板组合梁是一种以波形钢腹板代替传统混凝土腹板的钢混新型组合结构,受力明确,混凝土顶底板抗弯、钢腹板抗剪,既能充分利用钢与混凝土材料各自优势,同时又有效解决了传统混凝土桥梁腹板的开裂问题。波形钢腹板组合箱梁桥与传统混凝土箱梁桥对比,大幅度减轻了上部结构重量和下部结构工程量,降低了造价,实现了桥梁的轻型化,提高了结构的稳定性、强度及材料的使用率,整座桥梁有较强的美感,是山区、风景区较好的桥型选择。 本文以国家自然科学基金资助项目(编号51278183)、陕西省交通厅科技项目为基础,依托实际工程,重点研究中等跨径波形钢腹板组合梁的关键技术和经济性能,为今后波形钢腹板组合结构桥梁的优化设计和实际工程施工提供指南和参考,从而更好的推广中等跨径下波形钢腹板组合梁在我国的应用。 本文的主要工作及结论有: (1)在查阅大量国内外文献资料基础上,从跨径、结构形式、截面形式、施工方法、波形钢腹板与混凝土翼缘板连接方式等方面总结了波形钢腹板组合结构桥梁的发展历程,总结了波形钢腹板桥梁设计的基本框架和思路。 (2)以一座中等跨径波形钢腹板组合箱梁实桥为依托工程,从设计角度对纵横断面构造、波形钢腹板与上下翼缘板的连接形式、波形钢腹板之间的连接形式、预应力体系以及施工方法等方面进行介绍,建立结构单梁模型和梁格模型,分析讨论两类模型的受力差别,并与部颁混凝土箱梁进行技术经济效益方面的对比。结果表明:中等跨径下,波形钢腹板组合箱梁在技术经济性能方面较常规预应力混凝土箱梁有较大优势。 (3)针对现阶段国内外对波形钢腹板组合T梁的研究现状,,从设计角度对波形钢腹板组合T梁提出一种新思路,利用有限元软件对波形钢腹板组合T梁设计方案进行建模计算,通过在受力、施工、经济等多方面与混凝土连续T梁桥进行对比,分析探讨中等跨径下波形钢腹板组合T梁这一新桥型推广应用的可行性。结果表明:与混凝土T梁相比,波形钢腹板组合T梁在中等跨径下具有较大的技术经济优势,可以推广应用,也为我国的波形钢腹板桥梁设计和发展做出有益尝试。
[Abstract]:The composite beam with corrugated steel web is a new type of steel-concrete composite structure, which uses corrugated steel web instead of the traditional concrete web. The concrete top and bottom slab is bending and the steel web plate is shear-resistant, which can make full use of the respective advantages of steel and concrete materials. At the same time, it effectively solves the cracking problem of traditional concrete bridge web. Compared with the traditional concrete box girder bridge, the composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs greatly reduces the superstructure weight and the construction quantity of the substructure, reduces the cost, realizes the lightening of the bridge, and improves the stability of the structure. The strength and material utilization rate, the whole bridge has the strong esthetic feeling, is the mountain area, the scenic spot better bridge choice. Based on the project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 51278183) and the Science and Technology Project of Shaanxi Provincial Communications Department, this paper focuses on the key technical and economic performance of the medium-span corrugated steel web composite beam based on the actual project. It provides a guide and reference for the optimization design and practical engineering construction of the corrugated steel web composite structure bridge in the future, so as to better popularize the application of the waveform steel web composite beam with medium span in our country. The main work and conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1) on the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign documents, this paper summarizes the development course of corrugated steel web composite structure bridge from the aspects of span, structure form, section form, construction method, connection mode between corrugated steel web plate and concrete flange plate, etc. The basic frame and train of thought of the design of corrugated steel web bridge are summarized. Based on a solid bridge with medium span corrugated steel webs, the structure of longitudinal and horizontal sections, the connection form between corrugated steel webs and upper and lower flange plates, and the form of connection between corrugated steel web plates are discussed from the design point of view. The prestressing system and construction method are introduced, the single beam model and the girder lattice model of the structure are established, the difference between the two models is analyzed and discussed, and the technical and economic benefits of the two models are compared with those of the concrete box girder issued by the Ministry. The results show that the composite box girder with corrugated steel web has more advantages than conventional prestressed concrete box girder in technical and economic performance under medium span. 3) in view of the present situation of the research on the waveform steel web composite T beam at home and abroad, a new idea is put forward for the waveform steel web composite T beam from the design point of view, and the design scheme of the waveform steel web composite T beam is modeled and calculated by using the finite element software. By comparing with concrete continuous T-beam bridge in the aspects of force, construction and economy, the feasibility of popularization and application of this new bridge type is analyzed and discussed in this paper. The results show that, compared with concrete T-beams, composite T-beams with corrugated steel webs have great technical and economic advantages under the middle span, which can be popularized and applied, and also make a beneficial attempt for the design and development of corrugated steel web bridges in China.
