城市高架桥钢箱梁抗倾覆稳定性研究

【摘要】:本文以南京雨花台区小行地铁站附近南京城市快速内环西线南延工程(纬八路-绕城公路)四标段,当时在B17-B18钢箱梁防撞墙施工时,钢箱梁发生倾覆为研究对象,对城市高架桥钢箱梁抗倾覆稳定性进行研究,,分别从静力稳定和动力稳定分析计算钢箱梁,并进行翻落动态模拟。通过一系列的模拟计算,得出有三个方面能够导致事故发生: 一是稳定力矩太小这主要是由于桥梁自重太轻引起的,而对于南京雨花台桥梁事故中的钢桥和内蒙古包头桥梁而言刚度已经足够故没有必要再增加钢材使用量来增加自重,这会造成资源的浪费。自重轻这也是所有钢箱梁桥在抗倾覆稳定性方面的一大缺点。 二是倾覆力矩太大这主要是由于在同一段路段上的车辆太多且过重。近些年来随着经济的飞速发展各种超大型运输车适应了市场需要而不断增多,并且这些车辆的拥有者大多通过超载来获得更大利润。这就导致行驶在桥面上的荷载大大超过设计者设计的设计荷载。 三是支座间距太小导致稳定力臂小而倾覆力臂过大,这一原因在内蒙古包头市民族东路高架桥事故中尤为突出,这是设计不合理造成的。 在对于高架钢箱梁抗倾覆设计时,防止事故发生主要从以下的几种方式去实施: 1.从结构体系上采取措施增加桥梁的抗倾覆能力 2.从外界因素来讲尽量减少对桥梁的不利因素
[Abstract]:In this paper, the fourth section of the south extension project of the west rapid inner ring of Nanjing city near Xiaoxing subway station in Yuhuatai district (weft 8 road-round city highway) was studied. At that time, the steel box girder overturned during the construction of the anti-collision wall of the B17-B18 steel box girder The anti-overturning stability of steel box girder of city viaduct is studied. The static stability and dynamic stability of steel box girder are analyzed and calculated, and the dynamic simulation is carried out. Through a series of simulation calculations, it is concluded that there are three aspects that can lead to an accident: One is that the stability moment is too small, which is mainly caused by the light weight of the bridge. For the steel bridge in the Nanjing Yuhuatai bridge accident and the Baotou bridge in Inner Mongolia, the stiffness is enough, so there is no need to increase the steel usage to increase the self-weight. This will result in a waste of resources. Light weight is also a major drawback of the overturning stability of all steel box girder bridges. The second is that the overturning moment is too large, mainly because there are too many vehicles on the same section of road. In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, a variety of super-large transport vehicles have been increasing to meet the needs of the market, and most of the owners of these vehicles make more profits by overloading. As a result, the load on the bridge deck greatly exceeds the design load designed by the designer. The third is that the support spacing is too small and the overturning arm is too large, which is especially prominent in the accident of Baotou ethnic East Road viaduct in Inner Mongolia, which is caused by unreasonable design. In the anti-overturning design of elevated steel box girders, the prevention of accidents is mainly carried out in the following ways: 1. Measures should be taken from structural system to increase the capsize Resistance of Bridges 2. Minimize the adverse factors to the bridge in terms of external factors
