城市小净距公路隧道开挖方法的力学行为研究

【摘要】:本文主要分析了城市小净距隧道开挖方法的力学行为研究,依托工程为五里坪隧道由小净距过渡到分离式浅埋段,本文分析主要包括六大部分:第一,主要分析了小净距隧道导洞之间的相互影响、小净距隧道的设计和施工、中加岩柱的稳定性和加固措施和小净距隧道监控量测的国内外研究现状,并且阐述了本文的研究的主要思路和方式方法;第二,重点阐述了隧道力学的基本理论和围岩基本理论、有限元的基本理论;第三,主要描述了五里坪小净距隧道的设计过程;第四,主要针对具体的依托工程采用五种开挖方法建立模型,重点分析了五种工法的位移、应力、应变等基本参数;第五,主要论述了小净距隧道监控量测在新奥法中的地位以及主要的监控量测项目;第六,主要针对本文的综合分析得出主要的结论以及对小净距隧道的研究展望。本文的结论性研究主要包括以下三个方面: ①结合工程设计实际参数,利用MIDAS/GTS建模进行三维有限元数值模拟,讨论小净距隧道的基本力学特性:围岩塑性区、洞周位移、围岩应力、以及地表沉降分析; ②通过对五里坪小净距隧道浅埋段采用全断面法、台阶法、CRD法、双侧壁导坑法等四种工法下的围岩应力、应变、位移以及中加岩处的应力应变对比分析研究,最终针对特定的围岩选取最优的工法,确保小净距隧道达到技术上可行、经济上合理、安全上有保证。 ③依托工程现场监测信息,分析小净距隧道监控重点部位力学特性和对小净距隧道重点部位围岩-支护系统的稳定性分析和判断。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly analyzes the mechanical behavior of the excavation method of the small distance tunnel in the city. Relying on the project of Wuliping tunnel, the transition from the small net distance to the split shallow burying section is carried out. The analysis of this paper mainly includes six parts: first, This paper mainly analyzes the interaction between the guide tunnels of the small net distance tunnel, the design and construction of the small clear distance tunnel, the stability and reinforcement measures of the added rock column, and the domestic and international research status of the monitoring and measurement of the small net distance tunnel. The main ideas and methods of this paper are described. Secondly, the basic theory of tunnel mechanics, the basic theory of surrounding rock, the basic theory of finite element, the design process of Wuliping small distance tunnel are described. Fourth, the paper mainly uses five excavation methods to establish the model for the specific supporting project, focusing on the analysis of the displacement, stress, strain and other basic parameters of the five methods. This paper mainly discusses the position of monitoring measurement of small net distance tunnel in the new Austrian method and the main monitoring measurement items. Sixth, the main conclusions are obtained from the comprehensive analysis of this paper and the research prospect of small net distance tunnel is also discussed. The conclusion of this paper mainly includes the following three aspects: The main contents are as follows: 1. According to the actual engineering design parameters, the three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation is carried out by using MIDAS/GTS modeling, and the basic mechanical characteristics of the tunnel with small net distance are discussed: plastic zone of surrounding rock, displacement of surrounding rock, stress of surrounding rock, and analysis of ground subsidence; (2) the stress, strain, displacement of surrounding rock and the stress and strain of middle adding rock are compared and analyzed by using the full section method, step method CRD method and double side wall guide pit method in the shallow burying section of Wuliping small distance tunnel. Finally, the optimal construction method is selected for the specific surrounding rock to ensure the technical feasibility, economic reasonableness and safety of the small net distance tunnel. (3) based on the monitoring information of engineering site, the mechanical characteristics of monitoring key parts of small clear distance tunnel and the stability analysis and judgement of surrounding rock support system in the key part of small clear distance tunnel are analyzed.
