防火涂层混凝土箱梁火灾温度场分析

【摘要】:随着我国国民经济和交通建设的迅速发展,交通事故的数量随之增加,给交通基础设施带来风险。其中,由于火灾引起的桥梁损害也逐渐引起了广泛关注。桥梁发生火灾的概率不大,但其引起的桥梁损害能够对生命财产安全造成巨大损失。通常可以采用在混凝土桥梁构件外侧喷涂防火涂层的措施,降低桥梁因火灾受损的概率,从而提高桥梁的耐火性能。 本文采用有限元分析方法,主要对在火灾作用下受防火涂层保护的混凝土箱梁温度场进行分析研究。主要的研究内容如下: (1)借鉴国内外学者对混凝土高温热工参数和高温力学性能的大量研究成果,对其进行对比分析,最终确定混凝土箱梁截面在火灾高温场时所需的材料热工参数及高温力学性能,为之后的计算分析垫定基础。 (2)归纳总结传热学基本理论,得出桥梁火灾温度场所采用的热分析方法;总结不同的火灾升温曲线,通过对各个升温曲线的升温趋势及其使用范围进行对比分析,选取一种适宜于桥梁火灾情况的升温曲线模拟桥梁火灾场场景。 (3)通过确定的混凝土热工参数及热分析方法,,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立求解三面不含翼缘板受防火涂层保护的混凝土箱梁温度场有限元模型,分析防火涂料的导热系数和涂层厚度对混凝土箱梁截面温度场分布规律的影响。采用易语言程序研发“不同防火材料保护下混凝土箱梁火灾温度场分析及计算系统V1.0”。 (4)通过ANSYS进行温度场数值模拟分析,以桥梁耐火等级为依据,计算使用不同导热系数的防火涂料对混凝土箱梁截面进行保护时涂层的理论厚度值。结合研究内容与成果,采用易语言编程软件编译“混凝土箱梁防火涂层理论厚度计算系统V1.0”。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy and traffic construction, the number of traffic accidents increases, which brings risks to traffic infrastructure. Among them, the bridge damage caused by fire has gradually aroused widespread concern. The probability of bridge fire is small, but the damage caused by bridge damage can cause huge loss to life and property safety. The fire resistant coating on the outside of concrete bridge members can be used to reduce the probability of damage caused by fire and improve the fire resistance of the bridge. In this paper, the finite element analysis method is used to analyze the temperature field of concrete box girder protected by fire resistant coating. The main contents of the study are as follows: 1) draw lessons from a large number of research results of high temperature thermal parameters and high temperature mechanical properties of concrete made by domestic and foreign scholars, compare and analyze them, and finally determine the material thermal parameters and high temperature mechanical properties of concrete box girder section in fire high temperature field. Lay the foundation for the subsequent calculation and analysis. 2) summing up the basic theory of heat transfer, obtaining the thermal analysis method used in bridge fire temperature field, summarizing different fire heating curves, comparing and analyzing the heating trend of each heating curve and its application scope. A kind of heating curve suitable for bridge fire is selected to simulate the scene of bridge fire field. Through the determined thermal parameters and thermal analysis method of concrete, the finite element model of temperature field of concrete box girder without flange plate protected by fire resistance coating is established by using finite element analysis software ANSYS. The influence of thermal conductivity and coating thickness on the distribution of temperature field of concrete box girder is analyzed. The system V1.0 for analyzing and calculating the fire temperature field of concrete box girder under the protection of different fire-proof materials is developed by easy language program. 4) numerical simulation analysis of temperature field is carried out by ANSYS. Based on the fire resistance grade of bridge, the theoretical thickness of the coating is calculated when the section of concrete box girder is protected by fire resistant coating with different thermal conductivity. Based on the research contents and results, the theoretical thickness calculation system V1.0 of concrete box girder anti-fire coating is compiled by easy language programming software.
