软土地区盾构隧道掘进对周围土体及建筑影响的研究

【摘要】:中国是人口众多的大国,随着城市化率的日益提高,城市环境面临着很大的挑战,因此对于地下空间的需求量和开发量也日益增大。地铁作为一种高效的交通工具在我国众多城市大量兴建,盾构隧道施工难免对临近土体和建筑物造成影响,,已有的工程事故也说明了对盾构隧道施工进行研究的必要性。因此盾构隧道对临近土体和建筑的研究也越来越多。 对于盾构隧道施工对土体和临近建筑的研究主要有三种:理论分析法、数值分析法以及现场实测分析法,其中数值分析法随着计算机技术的发展和普及,被大量应用于隧道及地下工程的研究,用来分析和预测隧道掘进对周围土体和建筑物的影响。 本文以天津地铁区间隧道掘进对土体、临近浅基础建筑、临近桥梁桩基础三个工程案例为依托,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立精细化的三维模型,分析盾构掘进对周围环境的影响,有限元与实测的对比分析证明了本文所用的方法的合理性。结合工程实测总结盾构穿越造成的地表土体沉降、土体分层沉降、土体水平位移、建筑物沉降及倾斜等规律。 在此基础上,利用已有的工程地质参数和盾构施工参数,对于在一定掌子面压力,不同盾壳摩擦情况下盾构隧道掘进对周围土体竖向位移、水平位移、附加应力的影响,并分析了盾构隧道侧穿摩擦桩情况下,桩身内力、变形、桩顶沉降及桩身侧摩阻力的变化。结果表明,盾壳摩擦是造成地表沉降和隆起、土体沿隧道掘进方向水平位移的主要原因,并且随着盾壳摩擦的增大,土体变形增大。同时盾壳摩擦的增大会造成临近桩基础桩顶沉降、侧移和桩身弯矩增大,施工过程中应采取措施减小盾壳侧壁摩擦。
[Abstract]:China is a large country with a large population, with the increasing rate of urbanization, the urban environment is facing a great challenge, so the demand for underground space and the amount of development are also increasing day by day. As a kind of efficient means of transportation, subway is widely built in many cities of our country. The construction of shield tunnel will inevitably affect the adjacent soil and buildings. The existing engineering accidents also show the necessity of research on shield tunnel construction. Therefore, there are more and more researches on adjacent soil and buildings in shield tunnel. There are three kinds of research on soil mass and adjacent buildings in shield tunnel construction: theoretical analysis, numerical analysis and field measurement analysis, among which numerical analysis has been developed and popularized with the development of computer technology. It is widely used in tunnel and underground engineering to analyze and predict the influence of tunneling on surrounding soil and buildings. In this paper, based on three engineering cases of Tianjin subway tunnel tunneling on soil, near shallow foundation building and near bridge pile foundation, a fine three-dimensional model is established by using finite element analysis software ABAQUS. The influence of shield tunneling on the surrounding environment is analyzed. The comparison between finite element method and actual measurement proves the rationality of the method used in this paper. Combined with the engineering measurement, the rules of ground soil settlement, soil layered settlement, horizontal displacement of soil, building settlement and inclination caused by shield tunneling are summarized. On this basis, using the existing engineering geological parameters and shield construction parameters, the influence of shield tunneling on the vertical displacement, horizontal displacement and additional stress of surrounding soil under certain face pressure and different shield shell friction is studied. The variation of the internal force, deformation, settlement of the pile top and friction resistance of the side of the shield tunnel under the condition of friction pile on the side of the shield tunnel are analyzed. The results show that the friction of shield shell is the main cause of ground subsidence and uplift, and the horizontal displacement of soil along the direction of tunneling, and the deformation of soil increases with the increase of shield shell friction. At the same time, the increase of shield shell friction will result in settlement of pile top near pile foundation, lateral displacement and increase of pile bending moment. Measures should be taken to reduce side wall friction of shield shell during construction.
