基于多目标决策的城市交通微循环系统功能优化研究

【摘要】:随着城市化、机动化进程的加快,交通需求与空间局限的冲突愈演愈烈,国内城市拥堵问题日益严重。自2005年北京政府工作报告中提出“微循环”以来,作为道路资源的“新大陆”,如何有效利用其内部网络分担干道交通压力、缓解城市拥堵,成为近年来微循环系统功能优化的研究核心。但除了缓解城市拥堵、提高交通效率,微循环系统本身也是区域内居民基本的活动场所,承载着居民的出行需求与生活需求,是城市生态的重要组成。所以,对微循环系统的功能优化应当是系统的多目标过程,而这正是传统研究所缺乏的。探讨多目标下城市交通微循环系统功能优化的原理与方法,具有重要的理论与实践意义。 本文首先以国内外学者的研究为基础,结合自身理解,对城市交通微循环系统进行了定义,指出城市交通微循环系统是包含交通网络和人的经济、文化等活动的有机整体;接下来详细梳理了微循环系统的组成及特性,并指出现状研究所存在的问题,确定研究的必要性与意义所在。 其次,从不同层面入手,分析了微循环系统功能与优化需求,论证了微循环系统多目标优化过程的必须性;并根据微循环系统功能与特性设计了基于多目标效用理论、决策行为理论及多目标决策理论的系统功能优化方法,提出描述优化方案接受程度的决策阻抗函数,改变了传统微循环系统功能优化目标间难以比较,无法合理有效地进行多目标分析优化的状况。 最后,基于多目标优化方法,在构建双层规划模型求解网络优化方案的基础上,提出涵盖交通组织、静态交通管理、慢行系统设置及生活环境优化等在内的微循环系统组合优化策略,并设计算例加以检验。算例结果证明了研究方法的有效性与可行性,对微循环系统功能优化研究有一定的积极意义。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization and motorization, the conflict between traffic demand and space limitation is becoming more and more serious, and the problem of urban congestion is becoming more and more serious. Since the "microcirculation" was put forward in the 2005 Beijing government work report, how to effectively use its internal network to share the traffic pressure of the main road and alleviate the urban congestion, as the "new continent" as a road resource, In recent years, it has become the core of the research on the function optimization of microcirculation system. However, in addition to alleviating urban congestion and improving traffic efficiency, microcirculation system itself is also the basic activity place of residents in the region, carrying the travel and living needs of residents, which is an important component of urban ecology. Therefore, the function optimization of microcirculation system should be a multi-objective process of the system, which is lack of traditional research. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to discuss the principle and method of optimizing the function of urban traffic microcirculation system under multi-objective. Based on the research of scholars at home and abroad, this paper defines the urban traffic microcirculation system, and points out that the urban traffic microcirculation system is an organic whole including traffic network, human economy, culture and so on. Then the composition and characteristics of the microcirculation system are analyzed in detail, and the problems in the present research are pointed out, and the necessity and significance of the research are determined. Secondly, from different aspects, the function and optimization requirements of microcirculation system are analyzed, the necessity of multi-objective optimization process of microcirculation system is demonstrated, and the multi-objective utility theory is designed according to the function and characteristics of microcirculation system. The system function optimization method based on decision behavior theory and multi-objective decision theory is presented. A decision impedance function describing the acceptance degree of optimization scheme is proposed, which changes the difficulty of comparing the traditional microcirculation system function optimization objectives. The condition of multi-objective analysis and optimization can not be carried out reasonably and effectively. Finally, based on the multi-objective optimization method and the bilevel programming model to solve the network optimization scheme, the traffic organization and static traffic management are proposed. The combination optimization strategy of microcirculation system including slow moving system setting and living environment optimization is designed and tested. The results show that the method is effective and feasible, and it is of great significance to the study of microcirculation system function optimization.
