聚合物复合添加剂形态参数对沥青混合料拌和工艺及技术性能的影响

【摘要】:采用干法拌和工艺拌和3种聚合物复合混合料,通过IPP图像处理软件,选择面积变化、外切椭圆长短比、最大半径、最小半径、半径比等5项指标,研究3种聚合物复合添加剂与热集料作用前后的不同形态变化。对比分析了在120~180℃下拌和180 s时,基质沥青混合料、SBS改性沥青混合料及添加A,B,C 3种不同聚合物复合添加剂沥青混合料的和易性,建立了聚合物复合添加剂熔融指数及形变参数与沥青混合料技术性能的相关性。研究表明:聚合物复合添加剂的熔融指数对其形变参数有重要影响,沥青混合料路用性能的改性效果与二者密切相关。
[Abstract]:Three kinds of polymer composite mixture were mixed by dry mixing process. By IPP image processing software, five indexes, such as area change, circumscribed ellipse length ratio, maximum radius, minimum radius and radius ratio, were selected. The morphological changes of three kinds of polymer composite additives and thermal aggregates before and after the action were studied. The compatibility of asphalt mixture modified with SBS and three kinds of different polymer additives were compared and analyzed when mixing at 120 鈩,
