不同脑负荷下驾驶执行过程动作量化分析研究

【摘要】:分心驾驶是威胁交通安全的重要因素之一,造成驾驶员分心的因素很多,其本质是这些分心因素产生脑负荷,进而影响驾驶动作,导致驾驶行为改变。驾驶行为改变最直观表现就是由驾驶动作构成的驾驶执行过程的变化。因此从驾驶动作入手,研究不同脑负荷下的驾驶执行过程动作量化分析十分必要。 首先,文章在回顾驾驶行为研究的基础上,对驾驶执行过程进行研究,包括研究基础,研究方法以及研究内容等,为本研究提供理论基础。其次,根据驾驶动作研究的特殊性选定了合适的驾驶动作捕捉设备,根据实验目的设计具有差异性的脑负荷实验,完成了驾驶动作数据采集。最后,经过对数据的预处理后,从驾驶动作参数和驾驶动作配合两方面对量化的数据进行分析研究,实现了从定量角度研究不同脑负荷对驾驶执行过程动作的影响。文章在驾驶动作参数分析中,主要采用了四种分析方法,即时间分析、波动性分析、动态时间规整(DTW)分析、以及频域分析。通过这四种方法分别研究了脑负荷对驾驶执行过程时间、驾驶动作幅度变化、动作之间差应性以及动作连续性的影响。在驾驶动作配合分析中,,采用了动作时间及顺序分析以及动作构成分析方法,通过这两种方法研究了脑负荷对驾驶动作的发生顺序、持续时间、动作类型以及发生次数的影响。 通过本课题研究,不仅丰富了驾驶行为研究的方法,对全面地研究驾驶行为具有一定的理论意义;同时,建立了针对驾驶动作的量化分析处理方法,对未来驾驶执行过程的研究具有一定指导意义。
[Abstract]:Distraction driving is one of the important factors threatening traffic safety. There are many factors that cause drivers to be distracted. The essence of distraction factors is that these distractions produce brain load, and then affect driving behavior and lead to the change of driving behavior. The most direct manifestation of driving behavior change is the change of driving process composed of driving movements. Therefore, it is necessary to study the quantitative analysis of driving action under different brain loads. Firstly, on the basis of reviewing the study of driving behavior, this paper studies the driving process, including the research basis, research methods and research contents, which provides a theoretical basis for this study. Secondly, according to the particularity of driving action research, the appropriate driving motion capture equipment is selected. According to the experimental purpose, the different brain load experiment is designed, and the driving action data collection is completed. Finally, after preprocessing the data, the quantitative data are analyzed and studied from two aspects: driving action parameters and driving movement coordination, and the effects of different brain loads on driving process actions are studied from the perspective of quantitative analysis. In this paper, four analytical methods are mainly used in the analysis of driving parameters, namely, time analysis, volatility analysis, dynamic time warping (DTW) analysis, and frequency domain analysis. The effects of brain load on the driving process time, the amplitude change of driving action, the difference between movements and the continuity of action were studied by the four methods. In the analysis of driving action coordination, the methods of action time and sequence analysis and motion composition analysis were used to study the influence of brain load on the sequence, duration, type and frequency of driving action. This research not only enriches the research methods of driving behavior, but also has certain theoretical significance for the comprehensive study of driving behavior. At the same time, the quantitative analysis and processing method for driving action is established. The research on the future driving execution process has certain guiding significance.
