HDPE-胶粉改性沥青及其应力吸收层混合料性能研究

【摘要】:随着公路建设的快速发展,道路工程科学技术的不断进步,人们对路面使用性能的要求也越来越高。反射裂缝是路面病害的主要形式之一,设置改性沥青应力吸收层混合料可以有效防治和延缓反射裂缝产生和发展,增强沥青路面的使用性能,具有较好的应用推广前景。 为了研制出性能优良、经济可行的应力吸收层改性沥青混合料来防治反射裂缝,采用废旧材料加工制成的改性剂HDPE与40目胶粉掺入到90#沥青中进行改性,使用正交试验法对HDPE-胶粉改性沥青的制备工艺开展试验,采用灰色关联法和综合加权法对试验数据进行分析;利用Marshall法和Superpave法设计HDPE-胶粉改性沥青应力吸收层混合料;并对最佳沥青用量的HDPE-胶粉改性沥青应力吸收层混合料进行路用性能评价。 研究结果表明:应力吸收层HDPE-胶粉改性沥青最佳的改性剂掺量为:5%的HDPE、10%的胶粉,最佳工艺参数为:剪切速率4500r/min,剪切时间25min,温度175℃。HDPE-胶粉改性沥青应力吸收层混合料在砂粒式AC-5级配下的最佳沥青用量为8.93%,采用最佳沥青用量时,HDPE-胶粉改性沥青混合料各项指标满足应力吸收层改性沥青混合料的技术要求。HDPE-胶粉改性沥青应力吸收层混合料-10℃时的小梁弯曲试验最大弯拉应变为5158με,抗弯拉强度为13.1MPa,具有较强的低温抗变形能力,能够防止低温反射裂缝的产生;应力吸收层实际工作温度40℃时的车辙试验动稳定度为3217次/mm,60℃时5cm的AC-16SBS沥青混合料加2cm应力吸收层结构的动稳定度为4713次/mm,在实际工作环境下,HDPE-胶粉改性沥青应力吸收层混合料具有优良的高温稳定性能;浸水马歇尔试验残留稳定度为90.4%,冻融劈裂试验冻融劈裂强度比为89.5%,具有优良的水稳定性能。研究结果可为HDPE-胶粉改性沥青混合料应力吸收层的实际应用提供依据。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of highway construction and the continuous progress of road engineering science and technology, people demand more and more high pavement performance. Reflection crack is one of the main forms of pavement disease. Setting up modified asphalt stress absorbing layer mixture can effectively prevent and delay the occurrence and development of reflection crack, enhance the performance of asphalt pavement, and have a good prospect of application and popularization. In order to develop an excellent and economical modified asphalt mixture with stress absorption layer to prevent the reflection crack, the modifier HDPE and 40 mesh rubber powder were added to 90# asphalt to modify the asphalt. The preparation technology of HDPE-rubber powder modified asphalt was tested by orthogonal test, the test data were analyzed by grey correlation method and comprehensive weighting method, the stress absorbing layer mixture of HDPE-rubber powder modified asphalt was designed by Marshall method and Superpave method. The pavement performance of HDPE- rubber modified asphalt stress absorbing layer mixture with optimum asphalt content was evaluated. The results show that the optimum modifier of HDPE-rubber modified asphalt in stress absorption layer is 10% HDPE-10% HDPE5%.
