城市动态交通信息采集与交通诱导技术研究

【摘要】:智能交通系统(Intelligent Transportation Systems, ITS)作为解决各种城市交通问题的新途径,近年来得到了大力发展。在ITS的七大子系统中,先进的交通信息服务系统(AdvancedTraveler Information System, ATIS)和先进的交通管理系统(Advanced Traffic ManagementSystem, ATMS)在治理城市交通拥挤,方便居民出行方面发挥了巨大作用。本文主要对ATIS、ATMS子系统中的动态交通信息采集技术和交通实时诱导技术进行深入的研究,主要工作包括以下三点: (1)为了解决交通信息采集的GPS数据点与地理信息系统(Geographic InformationSystem, GIS)的地图匹配问题,本文研究以道路交叉口为分界点对路段进行划分的方法,针对某些相邻道路交叉口距离比较远的路段,本文提出划分子路段的概念。在对道路进行路段划分的基础上,本文研究了一种先拟合再取算术平均的路段平均行程时间估计方法。 (2)为了解决动态交通信息采集精度的问题,本文提出以路段平均行程时间估计的相对误差作为指标,研究了在不同道路服务水平等级下浮动车最小样本量与该相对误差的定量关系。仿真结果表明当要求路段平均行程时间估计的相对误差不超过15%,在道路服务水平等级为A~E时,,浮动车的相对样本量取15%能满足要求。 (3)为了解决交通分配与诱导过程中交通出行者与管理者之间的矛盾,本文提出了一种基于用户最优与系统最优协调的交通分配诱导模型。仿真结果表明该模型在系统总体出行费用方面和基于系统最优的交通分配模型比较接近,而且在出行者个人出行费用方面也能维持在一个比较低的水平。
[Abstract]:Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITSs), as a new way to solve various urban traffic problems, has been greatly developed in recent years. Among the seven subsystems of ITS, the advanced traffic information service system, Advanced Traveler Information System, ATIS), and the advanced traffic management system, Advanced Traffic ManagementSystem, ATMS), have played a great role in controlling urban traffic congestion and making it convenient for residents to travel. In this paper, the dynamic traffic information collection technology and real-time traffic guidance technology in ATIS-ATMS subsystem are deeply studied. The main work includes the following three points: In order to solve the problem of map matching between GPS data points collected by traffic information and Geographic Information system (GIS), this paper studies the method of dividing road sections with road intersections as boundary points. In this paper, the concept of subsection is proposed for some adjacent road intersections which are far away from each other. Based on the division of road sections, this paper studies a method to estimate the average travel time of road sections by fitting and then taking arithmetic average. 2) in order to solve the problem of dynamic traffic information collection accuracy, the relative error of average travel time estimation is proposed as an index in this paper. The quantitative relationship between the minimum sample size and the relative error of floating train at different road service levels is studied. The simulation results show that when the relative error of the estimated average travel time is not more than 15, the relative sample size of the floating vehicle can meet the requirement when the road service level is Ake. 3) in order to solve the contradiction between the traveler and the manager in the process of traffic assignment and guidance, this paper proposes a traffic assignment guidance model based on the optimal coordination between user and system. The simulation results show that the proposed model is close to the optimal traffic allocation model in terms of the total travel cost of the system and can be maintained at a relatively low level in terms of the individual travel cost of the traveller.
