【摘要】:针对目前沥青路面坑槽修复过程中出现的早期强度低、施工工艺复杂、对环境敏感性大、易出现二次破坏等问题,本文通过查阅大量的文献资料,在前期研究的基础上,研发出了一种能够适应于潮湿环境下的早强快硬、流动性好、施工简便的沥青路面坑槽快速修复材料。 文章通过对材料之间相适性进行研究,优选出了沥青路面快速修复材料的原材料,,确定了水泥、乳化沥青以及其它外加剂之间最佳配合比例,并研究了不同配比参数下此种修复材料的流动性能和强度的影响规律,在此基础之上提出了沥青路面快速修复材料配合比设计方法。 本文根据对沥青路面快速修复材料的初步研究及其配合比组成设计研究成果,对其材料的强度与模量、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性以及耐久性能和疲劳性能进行深入的研究,以期从整体上把握沥青路面坑槽快速修复材料的性能、特点,综合分析修复材料的路用性能和耐久性能的主要影响因素。结果表明当选取合适掺配比例配制的沥青路面快速修复材料具有良好的路用性能、耐久性能及APA疲劳性能。 通过研究沥青路面快速修复材料的强度形成机理发现,其强度形成主要取决于乳化沥青与集料之间的相互作用,水泥与乳化沥青的网状互穿结构以及水泥水化产物和沥青形成的互穿结构与集料的粘附性这三方面作用,而这些作用将直接影响到修复材料的力学性能、路用性能以及耐久性能。 通过对界面处理材料进行研究发现,采用界面材料处理沥青路面快速修复材料与沥青混合料之间的界面粘结强度及剪切强度能够得到明显提高。随后又将沥青路面快速修复材料应用于沥青路面坑槽修复中,并且提出了现场施工工艺技术。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems such as low early strength, complex construction technology, high sensitivity to environment and easy to occur secondary damage in the process of repairing potholes in asphalt pavement, this paper, through consulting a large number of documents and materials, based on the previous research, A kind of quick repairing material of asphalt pavement potholes is developed, which can be used in wet environment, which has the advantages of early strength and fast hardening, good fluidity and easy construction. In this paper, through the study of the compatibility between the materials, the raw materials for the rapid restoration of asphalt pavement are selected, and the optimum proportion of cement, emulsified asphalt and other admixtures is determined. The influence of different ratio parameters on the fluidity and strength of this kind of material is studied. Based on this, the design method of mix ratio of asphalt pavement rapid repair material is put forward. In this paper, according to the preliminary research of the asphalt pavement rapid repair material and the research results of its mixture composition design, the strength and modulus, the high temperature stability, the low temperature crack resistance of the material are studied. The water stability, durability and fatigue performance are studied in order to grasp the performance and characteristics of the asphalt pavement pothole fast repairing material, and to analyze comprehensively the main influencing factors of the pavement performance and durability of the repair material. The results show that the asphalt pavement rapid repair material with suitable blending ratio has good road performance, durability and APA fatigue performance. By studying the mechanism of strength formation of asphalt pavement repairing materials, it is found that the strength formation mainly depends on the interaction between emulsified asphalt and aggregate. The network interpenetrating structure between cement and emulsified asphalt and the adhesion between cement hydration product and asphalt interpenetrating structure and aggregate will directly affect the mechanical properties of the repair material. Road performance and durability. It is found that the interfacial bond strength and shear strength between the rapid repair material and the asphalt mixture can be improved obviously by using the interface material. Then the asphalt pavement rapid repair material is applied to the asphalt pavement pit repair, and the field construction technology is put forward.
