散货码头物流运作系统仿真与优化研究

【摘要】:国内各港口的竞争日趋激烈,港口经营者面临着各种挑战。为了提升自身的竞争力,需要对港口码头运作过程中设施设备管理、作业资源调度等问题进行持续的改善。本文分析典型干散货码头的作业系统,针对散货堆场垛位管理、堆取料机调度等问题,基于多目标规划、分层赋时有色Petri网建模、CPN-Tools仿真技术等,对其物流运作系统进行仿真和优化,为码头经营管理提供有效的支持。主要内容有如下: 针对干散货码头堆场空间划分和垛位选择问题,以提高堆场利用率为目标建立了垛位优化准则,结合层次分析和多目标规划理论提出一种新型的堆场垛位选择方法,给出各物料选择最优垛位的步骤方案。 码头作业机械调度是调度理论在码头生产中的应用,由于散货码头堆取料机使用频次高,其调度问题是决定堆场物流系统作业能力的潜在瓶颈。针对“堆取合一”装卸工艺布局下,堆取料机的作业调度具有双边平行作业的特点,按照堆取料机在堆存区域行走路径最短和设备利用率最高为目标,根据生产作业计划、堆取料机及料堆位置,建立堆取料机作业多目标优化模型,提出一种基于层次分析法和线性规划的堆取料机作业优化方案。 散货码头物流系统是既有离散性又有连续性的混合动态系统,研究中多采用建模仿真的方法。首先,结合散货码头的特点建立系统的Petri网动态模型,对设备资源配置进行分析,再使用CPN Tools仿真工具软件对系统运作过程进行仿真,并针对堆场管理提出散货码头物流运作的优化策略。 以防城港作为实证研究对象,对其散货码头物流运作过程进行仿真,结合堆场管理策略、堆取料机调度策略,验证各策略下系统的最大通过能力和运作效率的差异。验证各优化策略的适用行,为码头运营管理提供支持。
[Abstract]:The competition of domestic ports is becoming increasingly fierce, port operators are facing various challenges. In order to enhance the competitiveness of the port and wharf, it is necessary to continuously improve the facilities and equipment management and the operational resource scheduling during the operation of the port and wharf. In this paper, the operation system of typical dry bulk wharf is analyzed. Aiming at the problems of stacking position management in bulk yard and the scheduling of stacker, based on multi-objective programming, modeling and simulation technology of CPN-Tools based on layered timed colored Petri net, etc. The logistics operation system is simulated and optimized to provide effective support for wharf management. The main elements are as follows: Aiming at the problem of space division and stacking position selection of dry bulk cargo wharf, the optimization criterion of stacking position is established with the aim of improving the utilization ratio of yard. A new method for selecting stacking position is proposed based on the theory of hierarchical analysis and multi-objective programming. The steps of selecting the optimal stacking position for each material are given. The scheduling of wharf operation machinery is the application of scheduling theory in wharf production. Due to the high frequency of bulk cargo terminal stacker, the scheduling problem is the potential bottleneck to determine the operation capacity of the yard logistics system. In view of the layout of stacks and fetches, the operation scheduling of stacker has the characteristics of two-sided parallel operation. According to the objectives of the shortest path and the highest utilization ratio of the stacker in the storage area, according to the production operation plan, The multiobjective optimization model of stacker operation is established, and an optimization scheme based on AHP and linear programming is proposed. Bulk terminal logistics system is a discrete and continuous hybrid dynamic system. Modeling and simulation methods are often used in the research. First of all, the dynamic model of Petri net is established according to the characteristics of bulk cargo terminal, and the equipment resource allocation is analyzed, and then the operation process of the system is simulated by using the CPN Tools simulation tool software. The optimization strategy of bulk terminal logistics operation is put forward for yard management. Taking Fangchenggang as an empirical research object, this paper simulates the logistics operation process of bulk cargo wharf, and verifies the difference of the maximum throughput and operation efficiency of the system under each strategy by combining the management strategy of the yard and the scheduling strategy of the stacker. Verify the application of each optimization strategy to provide support for terminal operation and management.
