横隔板对多片式简支梁桥的动力行为影响研究

【摘要】:横隔板是多片式简支梁桥的重要构件,在保持桥梁完整性与稳定性、提高桥梁横向刚度方面发挥着重要作用。本文通过分析多片式公路简支梁桥的结构特点与横隔板的作用,先后提出了两种简化计算模型和简化算法,分别计算了多片式简支梁桥的动力特性和车桥耦合作用下的动力响应问题,并将计算结果与基于ANSYS的结构动力分析数值计算结果进行比较,验证了文中提出的简化模型和简化算法的合理性和有效性。同时设定三个横隔板参数(即横隔板刚度、厚度和位置),分别研究多片式简支梁桥的动力特性和动力响应随以上横隔板参数的变化情况,从而得到横隔板对多片式简支梁桥动力行为的影响规律。这对现有桥梁进行正确的状态评估和加固具有一定的参考价值。论文主要工作如下:1)对多片式简支梁桥动力特性方面的研究:首先,基于横隔板在多片式简支梁桥的作用特点,建立了一种将横隔板简化为弹簧—质量体系的简化模型,并基于瑞利法提出一种计算该简化模型振动基频的简化算法(横向和竖向);其次,将该算法应用的实际算例并与ANSYS的数值算例结果进行比较,验证简化模型和简化算法。最后,借助ANSYS分析横隔板参数(横隔板的刚度、厚度和位置)对该多片式简支梁桥的动力特性的影响规律;2)阐述了多片式简支梁桥的荷载横向分布系数的基本理论,并运用模态参数法推导出来了荷载横向分布系数的计算公式,在此理论基础上,本文借助相关性分析,引入修正系数,并对荷载横向分布系数进行修正。这便将多片梁的空间问题简化为单根梁的平面问题。最后结合横隔板实际作用,得到了横隔板对桥梁动力荷载横向分布的影响作用:3)对多片式简支梁桥动力响应方面的研究:首先,阐述了车桥耦合振动的基本理论,并做了相关的公式推导,得到了1/4车辆简化模型过单梁时的简支梁位移表达式。然后,将修正后的荷载横向分布系数运用到上述车桥耦合振动的公式上,得出多片式简支梁桥在车辆荷载作用下的任意单梁的车桥耦合振动的响应公式,最后,运用ANSYS分析了横隔板参数(横隔板刚度、厚度和位置)对多片式简支梁桥车桥耦合振动响应的影响规律。
[Abstract]:The diaphragm is an important component of the multi piece simple supported beam bridge. It plays an important role in maintaining the integrity and stability of the bridge and improving the lateral stiffness of the bridge. Through the analysis of the structure characteristics and the function of the diaphragm, two simplified calculation models and simplified algorithms have been put forward in this paper. The dynamic characteristics of the simple supported beam bridge and the dynamic response of the bridge coupled with the vehicle bridge are compared, and the calculation results are compared with the numerical results of the structural dynamic analysis based on ANSYS. The reasonableness and effectiveness of the simplified and simplified algorithms proposed in this paper are verified. At the same time, the parameters of the three diaphragms (i. e. the stiffness, thickness and position of the diaphragm) are set. The dynamic behavior of multi single beam bridge and the variation of the dynamic response with the parameters of the above diaphragm are studied respectively, and the influence of the diaphragm on the dynamic behavior of the multi piece simple beam bridge is obtained. This is of certain reference value for the correct state assessment and reinforcement of the existing bridges. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1) Research on dynamic characteristics of simple supported beam bridge: first, based on the effect of the diaphragm on the multi piece simple beam bridge, a simplified model is established to simplify the diaphragm to a spring mass system, and a simplified algorithm (lateral and vertical) for calculating the fundamental frequency of the simplified model is proposed based on Rayleigh method. Secondly, the calculation is made. The practical example of the method is compared with the numerical example of ANSYS to verify the simplified model and the simplified algorithm. Finally, the influence of the parameters of the diaphragm (the stiffness, thickness and position of the diaphragm) on the dynamic characteristics of the multi sheet simple beam bridge is analyzed with the help of ANSYS. 2) the load lateral distribution coefficient of the multi piece simple supported beam bridge is explained. Based on the theory of modal parameter, the calculation formula of the lateral distribution coefficient of load is derived. On the basis of this theory, the correction coefficient is introduced with the aid of correlation analysis, and the lateral distribution coefficient of load is corrected. This will simplify the space problem of multiple beams to the plane problem of single beam. The influence of the diaphragm on the lateral distribution of the dynamic load of the bridge is obtained. 3) the research on the dynamic response of the multi piece simple supported beam bridge: first, the basic theory of the bridge coupling vibration is expounded, and the related formula is derived. The expression of the simple supported beam displacement when the 1/4 vehicle simplifies the single beam is obtained. The transverse distribution coefficient of the post load is applied to the coupled vibration formula of the vehicle bridge, and the response formula of the coupling vibration of a single beam with a single beam under the load of a vehicle is obtained. Finally, the coupling vibration of the diaphragm parameters (the stiffness, thickness and position of the diaphragm) of the multiple single beam bridge is analyzed by ANSYS.
