基于多层次多属性理论的公路预养护决策方法研究

【摘要】:高速公路是巨大的社会公共资产,路面预防性养护技术则是提高社会公共资产的服务水平,实现公共资产的保值和增值的重要途径。随着我国高速公路建设事业的迅猛发展,养护管理工作日益繁重,同时在预防性养护方面又起步较晚,使得我国在高速公路建设方面呈现出“重建轻养”的局态。因此应该尽快建立集数据采集、分析、评价、预测、决策为一体的预防性养护决策系统,从而将现有的“重建轻养”转变为“建养结合”,以确保高速公路建设的可持续性发展。 本文首先综述了我国现有高速公路沥青路面的常见病害类别,归纳总结出裂缝填缝类、表面封层类、薄层罩面类和坑槽修补类四大类型的预防性养护的相关技术措施,列出了各自的主要特点、性能、适用路面状况以及造价等。并且通过模糊数学,灰色关联度法等方法理论建立了针对高速公路沥青路面早期病害的预防性养护技术措施的模糊综合决策模型。 其次,本文根据组合原理将灰色GM(1,1)模型与指数平滑法相结合提出了新的路面使用性能预测模型。并且建立了集路面抗滑性能指数(SRI)、裂缝率指数(CRI)、车辙深度指数(RDI)、道路行驶质量指数(RQI)组成的路面综合评价指标(PQI)及路面结构强度系数(SSI)为一体的高速公路预防性养护评价指标体系,通过专家调查法确定了各单项指标的权重系数,进行拟合分析,提出高速公路沥青路面使用性能的衰变方程。 再次,根据文中所提出的高速公路沥青路面使用性能的衰变方程及各指标最低可接受水平,提出高速公路沥青路面预防性养护的最佳时段的概念,并通过重庆某高速公路的历年数据计算出其的最佳养护时段。 最后,本文阐述了基于灰色关联度法的灰色综合评价方法的原理与步骤。根据灰色关联度法的基本原理——各个方案与理想方案之间的关联度比较对评价对象进行比较、排序,从而选出最优方案。本文以重庆市某高速公路实测数据为基础,建立了灰色综合评价模型,并对模型进行分析求解,验证了该模型的实用性。
[Abstract]:Highway is a huge social public asset, and pavement preventive maintenance technology is an important way to improve the service level of social public assets and to maintain and increase the value of public assets. With the rapid development of highway construction in China, the maintenance and management work is becoming more and more heavy, and the preventive maintenance starts late, which makes the expressway construction in our country take on the local state of "reconstruction and light maintenance". Therefore, a preventive maintenance decision-making system should be established as soon as possible, which integrates data collection, analysis, evaluation, prediction and decision-making, so as to transform the existing "reconstruction light maintenance" into "building and maintaining combination." To ensure the sustainable development of highway construction. This paper first summarizes the common diseases of asphalt pavement of expressway in our country, and summarizes the relevant technical measures of preventive maintenance of crack filling, surface sealing, thin-layer covering and pothole repair, which are four major types of preventive maintenance, such as crack filling, surface sealing, thin-layer covering and pothole mending. Their main characteristics, performance, applicable road conditions and cost are listed. The fuzzy comprehensive decision model of preventive maintenance measures for the early disease of asphalt pavement of expressway is established by means of fuzzy mathematics and grey correlation degree method and so on. Secondly, based on the combination principle, a new prediction model of pavement performance is proposed by combining the grey GM-1) model with the exponential smoothing method. Furthermore, a comprehensive pavement evaluation index (PQI) and pavement structural strength coefficient (SSI), which are composed of pavement anti-skid performance index (SRI), crack rate index (CRI), rut depth index (RDI), road quality index (RQI) and pavement strength coefficient (SSI), has been established. Conservation evaluation index system, The weight coefficient of each single index is determined by the method of expert investigation, and the decay equation of the performance of expressway asphalt pavement is put forward by fitting analysis. Thirdly, according to the decay equation of expressway asphalt pavement performance and the lowest acceptable level of each index, the concept of the best period of preventive maintenance of expressway asphalt pavement is put forward. The optimal maintenance period of Chongqing expressway is calculated by the data of past years. Finally, the principle and steps of grey comprehensive evaluation method based on grey correlation degree method are expounded. According to the basic principle of grey correlation degree method-the comparison of the correlation degree between each scheme and the ideal scheme, the evaluation objects are compared and sorted, and the optimal scheme is selected. Based on the measured data of a certain expressway in Chongqing, a grey comprehensive evaluation model is established, and the model is analyzed and solved to verify the practicability of the model.
