城市出租汽车决策支持方法研究及系统开发

【摘要】:我国出租汽车的运营环境存在着人口多,交通资源平均占有率低等问题,科学的管理和决策能够提高出租汽车的运营效率和服务水平。本文通过对交通运输部示范工程“出租汽车服务管理信息系统”中的数据进行分析,包括车辆营运数据、位置数据、收入数据等的综合分析,提取相关参数,建立决策支持模型,为出租汽车服务管理提供决策支持,主要完成了以下工作: 在对现阶段出租汽车行业在国内外相关研究进行深入分析的基础上,利用“城市出租汽车服务管理信息系统”中的运营数据完成了参数计算方法的研究,包括出租汽车空驶率、载客次数、有效运行里程及总里程等参数,并开发了参数计算软件。其次,提出面向出行者的城市出租汽车服务水平评价体系,,并对其指标计算方法进行了研究。该体系对应马斯洛的需求理论,从出行者角度出发,建立了包含四个层次的城市出租汽车服务水平层次指标体系,并建立各层次对应的表征指标,给出指标的定义和基于指标的服务水平分级方法,重点实现了平均等待时间的自动推算。计算实例表明,文中所提出的平均等待时间推算结果与实际观测基本一致。最后研究了大中城市乘车点出租汽车到达的分布规律。采用某市某日通过一些典型路段的检测数据,利用柯尔莫哥洛夫-斯米尔洛夫(Kolmogorov-Smirnov,K-S)检验法对大量数据进行统计分析,对大中城市乘车点出租汽车到达分布规律进行了相关验证。结果表明,其分布能被泊松分布较好的拟合。 本文的工作在实际工程中进行了试用,结果表明:城市出租汽车决策支持方法研究及系统开发是交通管理和交通信息服务的重要支撑,能够为出租汽车行业管理提供管理依据和政策建议,具有较高的参考价值。
[Abstract]:The operation environment of taxi in our country has many problems such as large population low average share of traffic resources and so on. Scientific management and decision can improve the efficiency and service level of taxi operation. Based on the analysis of the data in the "Taxi Service Management Information system", which is the demonstration project of the Ministry of Transport, including the comprehensive analysis of the vehicle operation data, the location data, the income data, and so on, this paper extracts the relevant parameters. The decision support model is established to provide decision support for taxi service management. The main work is as follows: On the basis of deeply analyzing the related research of taxi industry at home and abroad at present, using the operation data of "Urban Taxi Service Management Information system", the paper completes the research of parameter calculation method, including taxi empty driving rate. The parameters such as carrying times, running mileage and total mileage are operated effectively, and the parameter calculation software is developed. Secondly, the evaluation system of urban taxi service level for travelers is put forward, and its index calculation method is studied. This system corresponds to Maslow's demand theory, and from the angle of travelers, it establishes the level index system of urban taxi service level, which includes four levels, and establishes the corresponding representation index of each level. The definition of the index and the service level classification method based on the index are given, and the automatic calculation of the average waiting time is emphasized. The calculation example shows that the calculated results of the average waiting time proposed in this paper are in good agreement with the actual observations. Finally, the distribution law of taxi arrival in large and medium cities is studied. In this paper, a large number of data are statistically analyzed by using Kolmogorov-Smirnovn K-S (Kolmogorov-Smirnovn) test method of Kolmogorov-Smirnovn in a certain city, and the regularity of taxi arrival distribution in large and medium-sized cities is verified. The results show that the distribution can be fitted well by Poisson distribution. The results show that the research and system development of urban taxi decision support method is an important support for traffic management and traffic information service. It can provide management basis and policy advice for taxi industry management, which has high reference value.
