泡沫沥青再生混凝土半柔性基层成套技术研究

【摘要】:目前,随着大量各等级公路进行维修养护和改造阶段,每年约有12%的路面要大修,初步估计我国每年仅高速公路路面废料量达220万吨,如何对这些废料采用再生技术进行回收,用于路面维修、改、扩建或新建工程中,既有利于环保,又可节约大量投资。泡沫沥青冷再生无疑是一种较理想的技术。 本文主要针对天津地区路面回收材料采用泡沫沥青进行再生利用进行了专项研究,主要从原材料特性分析、泡沫沥青再生混合料的性能研究、施工工艺及现场质量控制研究、技术经济分析几方面进行了相关试验。研究了目前较常用的几种沥青的发泡性能,并分析沥青发泡性能的影响参数。通过对泡沫沥青再生混合料的性能研究,,获得材料的物理及力学性能指标,分析级配与上述指标的相关关系。根据现场施工,提出合理的施工工艺和质量控制标准,并对泡沫沥青冷再生技术进行技术经济分析。
[Abstract]:At present, with the maintenance and renovation of a large number of highways of various grades, about 12% of the road surface needs to be overhauled every year. It is preliminarily estimated that only 2.2 million tons of highway pavement waste is produced in our country each year. How to recycle these wastes by means of recycling technology? Used in pavement maintenance, modification, expansion or new construction, it is not only beneficial to environmental protection, but also save a lot of investment. Cold regeneration of foamed asphalt is undoubtedly an ideal technology. This paper mainly focuses on the special research on the recycling of pavement recovery materials in Tianjin area by using foamed asphalt, mainly from the analysis of raw material characteristics, the performance research of foamed asphalt recycled mixture, the construction technology and the field quality control research. Related tests were carried out in several aspects of technical and economic analysis. The foaming properties of several kinds of asphalt are studied, and the influence parameters of asphalt foaming performance are analyzed. The physical and mechanical properties of the foamed asphalt recycled mixture were studied and the correlation between the gradation and the above indexes was analyzed. According to the site construction, the reasonable construction technology and quality control standard are put forward, and the technical and economic analysis of cold recycling technology of foamed asphalt is carried out.
