高月塘大桥施工安全控制与施工安全风险评估

【摘要】:桥梁建设环境复杂、施工条件差、不安全因素动态变化快、安全诱因复杂和主体从业人员流动性大等原因,多年来桥梁工程施工过程中安全事故呈现“易发、频发、多发”等特点,且事故后果严重。确保桥梁建设安全尤为重要。安全生产,,重在预防。针对采用悬臂施工的预应力混凝土连续梁桥,本文以高月塘大桥为基础,研究其施工安全控制及施工安全风险评估,其主要的研究工作及成果如下: (1)运用Midas/Civil2010软件对高月塘大桥建立有限元模型,进行PSC验算,验证桥梁结构设计的安全。 (2)研究高月塘大桥设计标高、成桥预拱度、施工预拱度、挂篮变形,得出高月塘大桥前期立模标高与控制方法。 (3)对高月塘大桥进行施工安全风险评估研究,并提出相应的安全措施。 本文以高月塘大桥为依托,从结构安全、施工安全控制、施工安全风险评估三个方面进行了研究,对高月塘大桥安全施工与管理有实际的指导意义,同时可为采用悬臂浇筑法施工的预应力混凝土连续梁桥等类似工程的安全施工与管理提供参考。
[Abstract]:The bridge construction environment is complex, the construction condition is poor, the unsafe factor changes rapidly, the safety inducement is complex and the main body employee mobility is big, the safety accident in the bridge engineering construction process presents the "easy to happen, frequent occurrence" for many years, Multiple "and other characteristics, and serious consequences of the accident." It is particularly important to ensure the safety of bridge construction. Safety in production, emphasis on prevention. Based on the Gaoyuetang Bridge, the construction safety control and construction safety risk assessment of the prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge constructed by cantilever are studied in this paper. The main research work and results are as follows: 1) the finite element model of Gaoyuetang Bridge is established by using Midas/Civil2010 software, and the safety of bridge structure design is verified by PSC checking calculation. 2) the design elevation, pre-arch degree, construction pre-arch degree and hanging basket deformation of the Gaoyuetang Bridge are studied, and the elevation and control methods of the formwork in the early stage of the Gaoyuetang Bridge are obtained. Thirdly, the construction safety risk assessment of Gaoyuetang Bridge is studied, and the corresponding safety measures are put forward. Based on the Gaoyuetang Bridge, this paper studies on the structural safety, construction safety control and construction safety risk assessment, which has practical guiding significance for the safety construction and management of the Gaoyuetang Bridge. At the same time, it can provide a reference for the safety construction and management of the prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge with cantilever pouring method.
