高速公路总体设计体系研究

【摘要】:近年来,尤其2008年发生国际金融危机后,随着国民经济、现代社会和公路交通运输事业的持续发展,我国高速公路建设规模不断加大,各省市高速公路建设逐渐从平原区转向山区,呈现出地形高低起伏越来越大,地质条件愈加复杂的趋势,有更多的技术间题需要解决。 首先,系统分析、总结平原微丘区和山区高速公路总体设计的指导思想、设计原则;阐明了高速公路总体设计体系建立的内容,具体包括了路线方案、路基高度与土地资源保护、桥涵总体设计、隧道总体设计、互通式立体交叉总体设计、交通工程及沿线设施总体设计、景观设计、环境保护设计等;提出了高速公路总体设计的设计标准与技术指标。 对山区高速公路,总体设计思想的体现重点在隧道总体设计。分析、阐述了管理区的概念、洞内的分区、洞外管理区、组织交通流,提出了隧道环境设计;分析、介绍了公路隧道的定位、隧道位置的选择、平面线形设计、纵断面设计等内容,分别提出对山岭隧道、越岭隧道、傍山隧道的总体设计进行;分析、提出了隧道洞口位置选择的各方面要求。 以广西桂平至来宾高速公路为工程背景,通过对平原微丘区高速公路高填路堤、通道组合方案与低路堤、天桥组合方案的比较分析,提出了根据不同地区的地形地貌、地质、路网水系、土地资源、取土难易程度等建设条件,研究、论证不同工程方案的工程投资、土地占用、环境协调、可靠性、安全性、建设期与运营期社会影响。山区高速公路,比选因素较多,因此须全方位论证分析,还应注意考虑造价因素、生态环境保护、自然景观、抗灾防灾、人文环境等要素,从定量、定性两方面综合考虑,合理地进行选择。结合工程实例分析,提出了路线“Ⅰ类控制点”和“Ⅱ类控制点”的概念;对路线方案与周围环境和自然景观相协调情况提出“绿满山色”的概念;对“环境敏感区的处理”的理念等,这些不同于以前的设计思路和理念,以期对今后类似建设条件下的高速公路勘察设计工作有所借鉴。
[Abstract]:In recent years, especially after the international financial crisis occurred in 2008, with the sustained development of national economy, modern society and highway transportation, the scale of highway construction in China has been increasing. The highway construction in various provinces and cities is gradually turning from plain to mountainous area, showing a trend of more and more ups and downs of terrain and more complicated geological conditions. Based on the engineering background of Guiping-Laibin Expressway in Guangxi, through the comparison and analysis of high fill embankment, passageway combination scheme and low embankment and flyover combination scheme of expressway in plain micro-hilly area, this paper puts forward that according to the landform and geomorphology, geology of different areas, The construction conditions such as network and water system, land resources, and the degree of difficulty in taking soil are studied and demonstrated. The project investment, land occupation, environment coordination, reliability, safety, social influence of construction and operation period are discussed. There are many factors in mountain expressway, so it is necessary to demonstrate and analyze in all directions. We should also take into account the factors of cost, ecological environment protection, natural landscape, disaster resistance and disaster prevention, human environment and so on, and take them into account comprehensively from quantitative and qualitative aspects.
