拉索密封性能检测系统和水密度疲劳的设计和研究

【摘要】:在各类斜拉桥中斜拉索起着非常重要的作用,这些斜拉索的主要特点:承重强,易疲劳,而它的腐蚀疲劳断裂是斜拉索换索的主要原因。钢丝受到腐蚀普遍又是水和水汽侵入造成,使得多根钢丝因水的腐蚀疲劳而断裂。因此,从某种意义上讲,保证拉索不受水腐蚀或检测出受腐蚀程度并及时改善是非常必要的。密水性能的试验目的在于确定任何水滴都无法穿透锚具自身的防腐及防水措施,在机械和温度效应加速老化下能正常运作。本文主要讨论了大桥中斜拉索工作时在不利条件和环境下容易腐蚀的问题。在研究国内外相关文献的基础上,提出斜拉索水密度疲劳的试验方法,确定疲劳试验的一些参数,采用了西门子PLC程序并与国内外规范的相关规定作比较。本文的主要内容包括:(1)介绍研究背景、意义及国内外现状;(2)介绍本文测试系统的主要组成部分,结合测试系统的电气控制原理详述了要用到的西门子PLC结构与特点;(3)试验前的准备工作,机械及温度的老化要求,介绍电气部分的组成和一些试验参数的设置;(4)测试系统的试验,包括试验步骤,试件描述和试验程序,后期数据整理得出的一些表格和曲线及可能出现的故障等;(5)总结本测试系统的试验结果并进行了展望,试验证明了在模拟人工老化作用(机械及温度因素)下,无任何水渍进入斜索锚具内部。
[Abstract]:Cable-stayed cables play a very important role in all kinds of cable-stayed bridges. The main characteristics of these cable-stayed cables are strong bearing and easy to fatigue, and its corrosion fatigue fracture is the main cause of cable change. The corrosion of steel wire is caused by water and water vapor intrusion, which causes the multiple steel wire to break because of the corrosion fatigue of water. Therefore, it is of some significance. It is necessary to ensure that the cable is not corroded by water or to detect the degree of corrosion and to improve it in time. The purpose of the experiment is to determine that any water droplet can not penetrate the anchorage's own anticorrosion and waterproof measures, and can be transported normally under the accelerated aging of mechanical and temperature effects. This paper mainly discusses the work of the cable work in the bridge. On the basis of studying the relevant literature at home and abroad, the test method of water density fatigue of cable stayed cable was put forward, some parameters of fatigue test were determined, and the SIEMENS PLC program was adopted and compared with the relevant regulations at home and abroad. The main contents of this paper include: (1) introducing the research background The significance and the present situation at home and abroad; (2) introducing the main components of the test system, and combining the electrical control principle of the test system, the structure and characteristics of the SIEMENS PLC are described in detail. (3) the preparation work before the test, the requirements of the mechanical and temperature aging, the composition of the electrical part and the setting of some experimental parameters; (4) the test system. The experiment of the series, including test steps, specimen description and test procedures, some forms and curves and possible failures in the later data arrangement, and so on. (5) the results of the test system are summarized and the prospect is made. The test proves that no water stains enter the cable anchorage under the simulated artificial aging effect (mechanical and temperature factors). Inside.
