基于“水上巴士”的城市公共交通体系扩展的设想

【摘要】：本文针对"水上巴士"公共交通体系的现状、发展趋势及其优劣性进行分析,结合我国相关城市目前的"水上巴士"规划及建设情况,通过SWOT和AHP分析,提出在具有发达河道水系及内河航道资源的大中型城市,进行内河交通资源化发展与公共交通体系构建的设想,分析其可行性及优劣性,得出相关的分析结论,为有条件发展"水上巴士"的城市面临的地面公共交通的拥堵压力和困境,提供有选择性的解决思路或拓展方案,从而实现有效利用城市内河水资源,丰富传统的公共交通体系建设,并提升城市的品味及生态环境价值。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the present situation, development trend and advantages and disadvantages of "water bus" public transportation system, combined with the current planning and construction of "water bus" in related cities of our country, through SWOT and AHP analysis. In the large and medium-sized cities with developed river system and inland waterway resources, the paper puts forward the idea of resource development of inland river traffic and the construction of public transport system, analyzes its feasibility, advantages and disadvantages, and draws relevant analysis conclusions. To provide selective solutions or expand solutions to the congestion pressures and dilemmas of terrestrial public transport faced by cities with the condition of developing "water buses", so as to realize the effective use of urban inland water resources, Enrich the construction of traditional public transport system, and enhance the taste and ecological environmental value of the city.
