信号交叉口左转车流通行能力研究

【摘要】:信号交叉口作为城市道路网络的重要组成部分,在路网的衔接中起着至关重要的作用。在信号交叉口处,由左转车流所产生的冲突、延误和交通事故最多,这严重影响到了道路交通安全和运行效率,左转车流也成为信号交叉口交通管理与组织的重难点所在。研究信号交叉口左转车流的通行能力,不仅可以作为交叉口规划、设计和运营管理的主要依据,也能够进一步促进交通工程基础理论的发展。 本文按照信号交叉口控制方式的不同,分别对保护型和许可型左转相位条件下的左转车流通行能力进行了研究。首先,从信号交叉口通行能力、保护型左转相位条件下的左转车流通行能力和许可型左转相位条件下的左转车流通行能力三个方面,分别对目前国内外的研究现状进行了具体介绍。通过对北京市13处不同左转控制方式下的信号交叉口调查,采用实地观测与统计分析相结合的方法,研究了信号交叉口左转车流的交通特性和组织特性。对于保护型左转相位条件下的左转车流,首先通过对不同数量左转车道的饱和车头时距进行统计分析,建立了左转车道数和左转车流车头时距的关系模型,然后以我国的停车线法为基础,,针对单条或多条左转专用道、设有左转待行区的左转车道和允许车辆掉头的左转车道三种情况,分别对其通行能力进行了研究。而对于许可型左转相位条件下的左转车流,探讨其通过交叉口的三种可能方式,应用间隙接受理论的相关知识,重点研究了左转车流利用对向直行车的可接受间隙通过信号交叉口的通行能力。在观测大量接受间隙和拒绝间隙的基础上,应用Raff法和Ashworth法标定左转车流临界间隙值为3.9s,并建立相应的通行能力模型,从而进一步得到了左转车流总的通行能力模型。此外,在每个通行能力模型的最后还分别引入了典型算例,通过算例对模型的具体使用方法进行了说明。
[Abstract]:As an important part of urban road network, signalized intersection plays an important role in road network connection. At the signalized intersection, the conflicts, delays and traffic accidents caused by the left-turn traffic flow are the most, which seriously affect the traffic safety and operation efficiency, and the left-turn traffic flow has become the most difficult point in traffic management and organization of signalized intersections. The study of traffic capacity of left-turn traffic at signalized intersections can not only serve as the main basis for planning, design and operation management of intersections, but also further promote the development of basic theory of traffic engineering. According to the different control modes of signalized intersection, this paper studies the traffic capacity of left-turn traffic under the condition of protected and permitted left-turn phase respectively. First of all, from three aspects: the capacity of signalized intersection, the capacity of left turn traffic under the condition of protection left turn phase and the left turn flow capacity of permitted type left turn phase, The current research situation at home and abroad is introduced in detail. In this paper, the traffic and organization characteristics of left-turn traffic flow at 13 signalized intersections in Beijing are studied by combining field observation with statistical analysis. For the left turn flow under the condition of the protective left turn phase, the relationship model between the number of left turn lanes and the left turn flow head time distance is established by the statistical analysis of the saturated headway time distance of different number of left turn lanes. Then, based on the parking line method of our country, the capacity of single or multiple left turn lanes, left turn lane with left turn waiting area and left turn lane allowing vehicle to turn around are studied respectively. For the left turn flow under the permitted left turn phase condition, three possible ways of passing through the intersection are discussed, and the relevant knowledge of the theory is accepted by using the gap. The capacity of left-turn traffic to pass through signalized intersections by using the acceptable gap of the opposite direct vehicle is studied emphatically. On the basis of observing a large number of acceptance clearance and rejection gap, the critical clearance of left turn flow is calibrated by Raff method and Ashworth method, and the corresponding capacity model is established, thus the total traffic capacity model of left turn flow is further obtained. In addition, a typical example is introduced at the end of each capacity model, and the concrete application method of the model is illustrated by an example.
