连续刚构桥悬臂浇筑施工及环境误差参数分析

【摘要】:近年来,,随着我国科技力量的增强,国内施工人员素质、施工装备水平不断提高,交通事业进入了快速发展期。连续刚构桥作为一种大跨度桥梁,以其施工方便、连续性好、经济合理等优势在桥梁领域得以广泛应用。由于连续刚构桥梁多采用悬臂浇筑施工,且施工周期漫长,为了保证在施工阶段及成桥阶段结构内力和线形要求,必须在施工阶段做好施工监控工作。 本文对预应力混凝土连续刚构桥的发展历史和结构力学优点进行概述,介绍了目前国内外施工监控技术发展的情况,指出在连续刚构桥悬臂浇筑施工中存在的主要问题,对施工中的误差参数进行分类。结合广东省某连续刚构桥的实际施工过程,和当前我国施工规范要求及施工技术水平。通过在悬臂施工阶段,进行误差参数对结构的敏感性分析,得出在梁段超重、预应力少张拉、非对称张拉、单墩梁段提前施工以及温度变化这几种工况下,结构自重、预应力、混凝土收缩徐变和温度这四种参数对结构的挠度的影响较大。 根据误差参数敏感性分析的结果,利用Midas Civil有限元分析软件进行计算分析,根据实际施工状况对施工参数进行调整,对应力监控和线形监控制定相应的方案。对实际施工中出现的误差状况,结合误差参数敏感性分析的结果和灰色理论对施工阶段梁体立模标高和应力进行预测和修正。最终得到良好的监控结果。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the strengthening of science and technology in our country, the quality of domestic construction personnel and the level of construction equipment have been improved constantly, and the transportation industry has entered a period of rapid development. As a long span bridge, continuous rigid frame bridge is widely used in the field of bridge because of its advantages of convenient construction, good continuity, reasonable economy and so on. Because the continuous rigid frame bridges are mostly constructed by cantilever pouring and the construction period is long, in order to ensure the internal force and linear requirements of the structure in the construction stage and the completion stage, it is necessary to do a good job of construction monitoring work in the construction stage. This paper summarizes the development history and structural mechanics advantages of prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge, introduces the development of construction monitoring technology at home and abroad, and points out the main problems existing in the cantilever construction of continuous rigid frame bridge. The error parameters in construction are classified. Combined with the actual construction process of a continuous rigid frame bridge in Guangdong Province, the requirements and construction technology level of the current construction code in China are discussed. Through the sensitivity analysis of the error parameters to the structure in the cantilever construction stage, it is concluded that under the conditions of beam section being overweight, prestress less tensioning, asymmetric tensioning, single pier beam section construction ahead of time and temperature changing, the structure weight and prestress are obtained. The four parameters of concrete shrinkage, creep and temperature have great influence on the deflection of the structure. According to the results of sensitivity analysis of error parameters, the Midas Civil finite element analysis software is used to calculate and analyze the construction parameters. According to the actual construction conditions, the construction parameters are adjusted, and the corresponding schemes for stress monitoring and linear monitoring are worked out. Based on the results of sensitivity analysis of error parameters and grey theory, the elevation and stress of beam vertical formwork in construction stage are predicted and corrected. Finally, good monitoring results are obtained.
