基于微信公众平台的航运信息推送技术研究与应用

【摘要】:内河航运是我国运输综合体系的重要组成部分,伴随着航运技术的快速发展以及航运需求的急速增加,传统的航运信息交互模式也暴露出了一些不足。例如,现代信息技术在内河航运管理中的作用未能得到充分发挥,行业信息化建设相对滞后,航道管理部门尚未建立完善的内河航运信息服务和管理平台,不能及时提供过闸通航信息,使船舶待闸时间较长,增加了船舶燃料消耗负担和经营成本,影响了内河航运业的更好发展。因此提升航运信息交互效率,加速航运信息化建设,对我国内河航运的发展尤为重要。在上述背景下,本文综合分析了内河航运信息资源现状,重点在微信公众开 发平台基础之上,以广西船闸综合调度系统为主接入系统,搭建了一款应用于广西港航管理局所辖的长洲、桂平、西津等船闸的微信服务号。实现了西江广西段船闸调度信息的共享,加速了航运信息的交互。 归纳起来,本文的研究主要作了如下工作: (1)基于微信公众平台接口、Web服务器、数据库以及Java技术,构建了面向航运信息服务的微信公众平台架构,完成了自定义菜单、XML数据包解析及转换、消息接收与响应、航运信息封装等工作。 (2)针对广西西江船舶过闸调度业务规程和信息服务的需求,设计了基于微信公众平台的船舶过闸服务流程,实现了会员绑定、过闸申报以及信息交互等功能模块,满足了职能部门为船舶提供免停靠过闸申报的基本需求,有助于提高船舶的过闸效率。 (3)基于船舶过闸调度系统及岸基AIS数据支撑,实现了船舶过闸信息查询功能,对船舶合理地安排航程、规避船闸拥堵、缓解过闸压力有一定参考作用。
[Abstract]:Inland river shipping is an important part of the integrated transportation system in China. With the rapid development of shipping technology and the rapid increase of shipping demand, the traditional interactive mode of shipping information has also exposed some shortcomings. For example, the role of modern information technology in inland river shipping management has not been fully brought into play, the industry information construction is relatively lagging behind, and the waterway management department has not yet established a perfect inland water shipping information service and management platform. The failure to provide the information of navigation through the gate in time makes the waiting time of the ship longer, increases the burden of fuel consumption and the operating cost of the ship, and affects the better development of the inland river shipping industry. Therefore, improving the efficiency of shipping information interaction and accelerating the construction of shipping information is particularly important for the development of inland waterway shipping in China. Under the above background, this paper synthetically analyzes the present situation of inland river shipping information resources, with emphasis on WeChat public opening. On the basis of the platform, the integrated dispatching system of Guangxi Shiplock is used as the main access system, and a WeChat service number applied to Changzhou, Guiping, Xijin and other locks under the jurisdiction of Guangxi Port and Shipping Administration is built. The sharing of shiplock dispatching information in Guangxi section of Xijiang River is realized, and the interaction of shipping information is accelerated. To sum up, the main work of this paper is as follows: 1) based on the web server, database and Java technology of WeChat public platform interface, the public platform architecture of WeChat for shipping information service is constructed, and the custom menu data packet parsing and conversion, message receiving and responding are completed. Shipping information packaging and other work. In order to meet the requirements of Guangxi Xijiang ship gate operation regulation and information service, the ship crossing service flow based on WeChat public platform is designed, and the function modules such as member binding, gate declaration and information exchange are realized. It meets the basic requirement of the functional departments to avoid the declaration of the docking gate, and it is helpful to improve the efficiency of the ship's passing through the gate. Based on the shiplock dispatching system and shore based AIS data support, the information query function of ship crossing gate is realized, which can be used as a reference for ships to arrange voyage reasonably, avoid lock congestion and relieve the pressure of gate crossing.
