福州长乐国际机场高速公路二期工程小净距隧道关键施工技术研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着国民经济的发展,交通流量也在持续地增长,为适应交通量不断增长的需要,越来越多的单线高速公路隧道要改建为复线、多线隧道,福建省近年来较流行的隧道结构形式为单线双洞连拱隧道。由于连拱隧道的工程造价、施工难度、施工周期均比双线双洞隧道大得多,为此,在工程实践中衍生出一种新的结构形式——小净距隧道。目前,大断面小净距隧道施工在国内经验尚少,对其施工技术的研究非常必要。福州长乐国际机场高速公路二期工程岩体构造比较复杂,节理较发育,围岩类别较低,本文以福州长乐国际机场二期工程魁岐1号和魁岐2号隧道为依托工程,围绕特大断面小净距隧道施工方法优化分析,主要研究内容如下:(1)、采用数值计算手段,对不同级别围岩中大断面小净距施工方法进行研究对比,分析其对环境的影响程度、洞室围岩应力分布的特点以及破坏区形态特征,以期寻找各级围岩条件中最合理的隧道施工方法。(2)、结合目前福州市机场二期魁岐1号隧道和魁岐2号隧道具体情况,通过数值模拟分析手段,对不同围岩级别条件下大断面小净距隧道进行结构分析和研究,以确立大断面小净距隧道合理净距取值判断准则,明确其保障措施,提出不同级别围岩条件下隧道最小净距的合理取值,并寻求大断面小净距隧道中间岩柱合理的加固方案和技术措施,为大断面小净距隧道相关设计规范、施工技术规范等的编制提供建议和参考,同时直接服务于依托工程的生产实践,带来直接的经济效益和环境效益。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of the national economy, the traffic flow is increasing continuously. In order to meet the needs of increasing traffic volume, more and more single line highway tunnels should be rebuilt into multiple lines, multi line tunnels. In recent years, the more popular tunnel structure in Fujian is a single line double arch tunnel. The construction period is much larger than the double line double tunnel tunnel. For this reason, a new structural form, small net distance tunnel is derived in the engineering practice. At present, the construction of large section and small distance tunnel is few in domestic experience. It is very necessary to study the construction technology. The rock mass structure comparison of the two phase of the Fuzhou Changle International Airport highway engineering is compared. In this paper, the main research contents are as follows: (1), the main research contents are as follows: (1), using numerical calculation method, the construction method of large cross-section and small spacing in different grades of surrounding rock is used in this paper. The main contents are as follows: (1) The study contrasts the influence of the environment, the characteristics of the stress distribution of the surrounding rock and the morphological characteristics of the failure area, in order to find the most reasonable tunnel construction method at all levels of surrounding rock. (2) combined with the concrete situation of No. 1 Tunnel of Quebec and Quebec No. 2 in Fuzhou airport at present, through numerical simulation analysis means, The structure analysis and study of large section and small distance tunnel under different surrounding rock grade are carried out to establish the criterion for judging the reasonable distance of the tunnel with large section and small distance and clear its guarantee measures. The reasonable value of the minimum net distance of the tunnel under the conditions of different levels of surrounding rock is put forward, and the reasonable reinforcement side of the middle rock column in the large section and small distance tunnel is sought. The case and technical measures provide suggestions and references for the compilation of large cross-section and small distance tunnel related design specifications, construction technical specifications and so on. At the same time, it directly serves the production practice relying on the project and brings direct economic and environmental benefits.
