自动化集装箱码头装卸工艺与生产效率的分析研究

【摘要】:伴随集装箱运输的快速发展,提高自动化集装箱码头的装卸效率已经成为亟需解决的问题。而集装箱装卸效率提高的关键在于提高前方接卸设备的装卸效率。随着集装箱船舶的大型化,作为接卸设备的岸边式集装箱装卸桥的大型化已经成为必然的趋势。目前虽然还没有可以取代装卸桥的更有效的装卸设备,但是对装卸桥本身却有着各种改进方案。 通过对国内外自动化集装箱码头的研究分析,对新型装卸工艺进行了探索。新型岸边集装箱起重机能够减少吊具与船上集装箱对位次数,即减少辅助作业时间,同时采用双梁结构,运用载重小车担负集装箱在水平方向的运输,避免传统钢丝绳吊具带来的偏摆与振动。装卸效率的计算结果相比较于传统岸边集装箱起重机,有着较为显著的提高。 本文的研究内容及结果总结如下: (1)新型装卸工艺的探索:通过介绍国内外自动化集装箱码头,分析了其自动化集装箱码头装卸工艺系统。对一种新型装卸工艺进行了探索,介绍了其主要的作业方式。与传统装卸方案相比较,新型装卸工艺减少岸边集装箱吊具与船上集装箱的对位次数。水平方向运输使用载重小车水平转运集装箱,避免了钢丝绳吊具在运动中产生的偏摆以及振动。具有较大的优越性。 (2)辅助作业时间的确定,以及常用岸边集装箱起重机、新型岸边集装箱起重机的作业效率的计算分析:在上海外高桥集装箱码头进行实际调研,通过分析所采集的数据,确定了较为合适的岸边集装箱辅助作业时间。以集装箱船舶上一个完整积载面的集装箱的卸船作业率为例,给出了单小车岸边集装箱起重机、双小车岸边集装箱起重机装卸效率的计算公式,并对常用岸边集装箱起重机与新型岸边集装箱起重机的装卸效率进行计算,对计算结果进行比较,分析了新型岸边集装箱起重机的优缺点。 (3)新型岸边集装箱起重机作业效率的仿真分析:以eM-Plant为平台,,在相同参数下,对新型集装箱岸边起重机的作业效率进行仿真计算,并对仿真结果进行阐述。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of container transportation, it is an urgent problem to improve the efficiency of loading and unloading of automatic container terminals. The key to improving the efficiency of container loading and unloading is to improve the efficiency of loading and unloading in front of the container. With the large size of container ships, the large size of the quayside container loading and unloading bridge has been installed and installed. Although there is no more effective loading and unloading equipment which can replace the loading and unloading bridge, Hashimoto Mi has various improvement plans for loading and unloading.
Through the research and analysis of the automatic container terminal at home and abroad, the new loading and unloading process is explored. The new type of quayside container crane can reduce the number of counterpart of the hoist and the container on the ship, that is, reducing the auxiliary operation time, using the double beam structure and carrying the container in the horizontal direction by using the heavy truck to avoid the tradition. The deflection and vibration caused by the wire rope spreader are significantly improved compared with the traditional quayside container crane.
The contents and results of this paper are summarized as follows:
(1) exploration of the new loading and unloading process: by introducing the automatic container terminal at home and abroad, the loading and unloading process system of the automatic container terminal is analyzed. A new loading and unloading process is explored and its main operation mode is introduced. Compared with the traditional loading and unloading scheme, the new loading and unloading process reduces the bank container sling and the ship collection. In the horizontal direction, the horizontal transport container is used in the horizontal direction. It avoids the deflection and vibration produced by the wire rope sling in the movement. It has great superiority.
(2) the determination of the auxiliary operation time, and the calculation and analysis of the operation efficiency of the new bank container crane and the new bank container crane. The actual investigation of the Shanghai Waigaoqiao container terminal is carried out. By analyzing the collected data, the more suitable auxiliary operation time of the bank side container is determined. As an example, the calculation formula of the loading and unloading efficiency of the bank side container crane and the two small car bank container crane is given, and the loading and unloading efficiency of the common bank side container crane and the new bank container crane is calculated. The calculation results are compared, and the new bank is analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of the side container crane.
(3) the simulation analysis of the operation efficiency of the new type shore container crane: with the eM-Plant as the platform, the work efficiency of the new container bank side crane is simulated and the simulation results are expounded under the same parameters.
