柴油型冷补沥青混合料成型特性研究

【摘要】:研究了冷补沥青混合料的成型特性、强度形成原理和过程,提出了冷补沥青混合料试件的处理方法;掺加消石灰的冷补沥青混合料具有较大的初始强度和成型强度,分析了养生时间与稳定度及残留稳定度的规律;发现标号低的基质沥青制备的冷补沥青混合料具有较大的初始强度和成型强度;实际拌制混合料中发现,低标号的混合料施工可操作性方面较差;冷补沥青中柴油含量基本与初始强度呈现负相关的线性关系,实际混合料生产过程中一定要优选出合适的柴油含量;110℃下烘箱养生温度能够较为理想地模拟冷补沥青混合料的成型。
[Abstract]:The forming characteristics, the forming principle and the process of the cold supplementary asphalt mixture are studied, and the treatment method of the cold supplementary asphalt mixture specimen is put forward. The laws of health preservation time, stability and residual stability are analyzed. It is found that the cold filled asphalt mixture prepared with low grade matrix asphalt has high initial strength and forming strength. The low grade mixture has poor maneuverability in construction, and the diesel oil content in cold filled asphalt has a negative linear relationship with the initial strength.
