钢筋混凝土系杆拱加固后安全性与舒适性评价研究

【摘要】:钢筋混凝土系杆拱是在公路桥梁中应用广泛的一种拱梁组合体系桥。随着已建桥梁的老化、桥梁承受的荷载的日趋加重,越来越多的钢筋混凝土系杆拱出现了不同程度的损伤,并采取了有针对性的加固措施。对桥梁加固效果的评价研究因而具有了重要的工程意义。 本文以采用增设柔性吊杆加固的八里店大桥为依托工程,,从加固前后桥梁结构的动力特性和动力响应方面对加固后桥梁的安全性和舒适性进行了评价。首先,归纳了用于公路桥梁动力分析的参数,选择了桥梁的动力特性、动位移响应、加速度响应作为加固效果的评价指标;然后,以若干集中力模拟重载交通,通过动位移响应对刚性吊杆、刚性系杆、刚性拱的混凝土系杆拱桥进行了适用跨径的分析,经过计算提出了其在重载交通下的最大适用跨径;在建立了依托工程加固前后的有限元分析模型后,对其进行了特征值分析和简化的车桥耦合分析,结合加固前后的动力特性、动位移响应、加速度峰值的变化对桥梁加固后的安全性从结构刚度方面进行了评价;对简化的车桥耦合分析中得到的加速度时程数据进行了处理变换,在得到结构各控制截面竖向加速度均方根后,以其作为振动强度的指标对加固后桥梁的行车舒适性进行了评价;最后,针对加固之前对原桥进行的动载试验不能反应车辆通过时振感强烈这一问题,本文对加固后的动载试验进行了有针对性的设计,对理论分析结果进行验证的同时建立了对钢筋混凝土系杆拱适用的安全性和舒适性评价方法。 本文的研究成果,可为类似钢筋混凝土系杆拱桥的的经验跨径取值和加固后安全性和舒适性评价提供一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:The arch of reinforced concrete system is a kind of arch beam combined system bridge which is widely used in highway bridge . With the aging of bridge , the load of bridge is getting more and more , more and more steel bar arch has been damaged in different degrees , and the targeted reinforcement measures have been taken . The research on the evaluation of bridge reinforcement effect has important engineering significance .

In this paper , the safety and comfort of the post - reinforcement bridge are evaluated with the use of the eight - mile bridge with flexible boom reinforcement . First , the parameters for dynamic analysis of highway bridges are summarized , the dynamic characteristics , dynamic displacement response and acceleration response of the bridge are selected as the evaluation indexes of reinforcement effect .
Then , a plurality of concentrated forces are used to simulate heavy - load traffic , and the application span analysis of rigid hanger rod , rigid tie rod and rigid arch concrete tie arch bridge is carried out through dynamic displacement response , and the maximum applicable span under heavy - load traffic is proposed through calculation .
After establishing the finite element analysis model before and after the reinforcement of the project , the characteristic value analysis and the simplified axle coupling analysis are carried out , the dynamic characteristics , the dynamic displacement response and the change of the acceleration peak before and after the reinforcement are combined , and the safety of the bridge reinforcement is evaluated from the structural rigidity ;
The acceleration time history data obtained in the simplified axle coupling analysis is processed and transformed . After obtaining the square root of the vertical acceleration of each control section of the structure , the driving comfort of the post - reinforced bridge is evaluated with the index as the index of vibration strength ;
Finally , aiming at the problem of the dynamic load test on the original bridge before the reinforcement , this paper designs the dynamic load test after reinforcement , and establishes the safety and comfort evaluation method applicable to the reinforced concrete bar arch at the same time .

The research results of this paper can provide some reference for the experience span value and post - reinforcement safety and comfort evaluation of similar reinforced concrete bar arch bridge .
