集料粒径三维检测方法研究

【摘要】:沥青路面由于其使用年份长,养护费用低,能源消耗少等优势,已取得了迅速发展。矿质混合料是沥青路面修筑的重要材料,随着三维检测技术的发展,矿质混合料的检测对现代沥青路面有了非常重要的意义。集料的形态特征、分布、级配等对沥青路面的耐久性、抗压性、稳定性、抗车辙性等都有决定性的作用。本文对集料粒径的三维检测方法进行了深入的研究。 本文分析了集料颗粒的形态特征和评价理论,搭建了集料颗粒三维数据采集平台,利用红外线激光器结合面阵相机的三维数据采集技术,实现了检测颗粒数据信息的快速采集。针对原始三维数据出现噪声的原因,提出了去噪的新算法,并将该新算法的去噪效果与传统去噪方法进行了对比分析。利用数学形态学的方法获得二值图像,针对二值图像的中的信息缺失或空洞,设计了新算法对其进行了修复。在基于区域分割、边界分割、特定理论分割方法的基础上,,提出了基于颗粒二值图像区域生长分割算法,实现了较好的颗粒的分离。本文利用数字图像处理技术,创新性的提出了集料颗粒的三视图,分析了三视图粒径,通过建立数学模型,对系数加权得出了合成粒径,对集料颗粒粒径进行了分析和计算。 为了验证本文提出的合成粒径的合理性和准确性,采用了三档集料样本数据进行了验证,较为准确的得出了集料粒径。利用本文的结论可以获得更多的集料颗粒特征参数,为之后进一步研究集料级配打下坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:Asphalt pavement has made rapid development due to its advantages such as long years of use, low maintenance cost and less energy consumption. Mineral mixture is an important material for asphalt pavement construction. With the development of three-dimensional detection technology, the detection of mineral mixture has a very important significance for modern asphalt pavement. The morphology, distribution and gradation of aggregate play a decisive role in the durability, compression, stability and rutting resistance of asphalt pavement. In this paper, the three-dimensional measurement method of aggregate particle size is studied. In this paper, the morphological characteristics and evaluation theory of aggregate particles are analyzed, and a 3D data acquisition platform for aggregate particles is set up. The fast acquisition of particle data information is realized by using infrared laser combined with 3D data acquisition technology of area array camera. A new denoising algorithm is proposed for the noise of the original 3D data, and the effect of the new algorithm is compared with that of the traditional de-noising method. The binary image is obtained by mathematical morphology, and a new algorithm is designed to repair the missing or empty information in the binary image. On the basis of region segmentation, boundary segmentation and specific theoretical segmentation methods, a region growing segmentation algorithm based on particle binary image is proposed to achieve better particle separation. In this paper, the three-view of aggregate particle is creatively put forward by digital image processing technology, and the three-view particle size is analyzed. By establishing mathematical model, the synthetic particle size is obtained by weighted coefficient, and the particle size of aggregate particle is analyzed and calculated. In order to verify the rationality and accuracy of the synthetic particle size proposed in this paper, the three-stage aggregate sample data were used to verify the accuracy of the aggregate particle size. More characteristic parameters of aggregate particles can be obtained by using the conclusion of this paper, which lays a solid foundation for further research on aggregate gradation.
