沥青洒布车嵌入式系统设计及控制算法研究

【摘要】:沥青洒布车是一种以喷洒热态沥青、乳化沥青、渣油等液态沥青为主,并具有运输液态沥青能力的沥青路面修筑机械。随着我国公路事业的发展,新材料、新工艺的应用对沥青洒布车的性能提出了更高的要求。而洒布控制系统则是沥青洒布车、同步碎石封层车等类似的养护机械的核心部分,直接影响到其智能化程度及最终的养护施工质量。 论文研究了沥青洒布车的控制原理及控制系统。目前,国内沥青洒布车的控制系统多以PLC为主,不但成本高,模块化组合控制不灵活,而且各厂家的硬件体系也互不兼容,编程语言及指令系统也各异。当用户选择某一款PLC产品后,就必须选择与其相应的控制规程,并学习该PLC所特定的编程语言。针对这些弊端,本论文根据控制要求和实际施工需要设计了一套以嵌入式系统为核心的控制系统,并完成了嵌入式控制系统的电路设计、程序编写和人机交互的设计。同时,在对控制系统及控制原理、洒布量控制算法研究的基础上,对控制关键的液压系统的控制算法进行了改进,,提出新的控制方法——神经网络内模控制,并通过仿真与传统的PID控制进行了比较。 论文所设计的控制系统,是智能沥青洒布车的重要组成部分。设计完成后,通过一系列生产试验对控制系统进行了功能验证,结果表明该控制系统能够满足实际施工的各项要求,达到了预期目标。
[Abstract]:Asphalt sprinkler is a kind of asphalt pavement construction machinery which mainly sprays hot asphalt, emulsified asphalt, residuum and other liquid asphalt, and has the ability to transport liquid asphalt. With the development of highway industry in China, the application of new materials and new technology has put forward higher requirements for the performance of asphalt sprinkler vehicles. The sprinkler control system is the core part of the similar maintenance machinery such as asphalt sprinkler car, synchronous gravel seal car and so on, which directly affects its intelligence degree and the final maintenance construction quality. The control principle and control system of asphalt sprinkler vehicle are studied in this paper. At present, PLC is the main control system of domestic asphalt sprinkler vehicle, which not only has high cost, not only modularization combination control is not flexible, but also the hardware system of each manufacturer is incompatible, and the programming language and instruction system are different. When users select a PLC product, they must choose the corresponding control procedures and learn the specific programming language of the PLC. Aiming at these disadvantages, this paper designs a set of control system based on embedded system according to the control requirements and actual construction needs, and completes the design of the circuit, program and human-computer interaction of the embedded control system. At the same time, based on the research of control system, control principle and sprinkler control algorithm, the control algorithm of the key hydraulic system is improved, and a new control method-neural network internal model control is proposed. The simulation is compared with the traditional PID control. The control system designed in this paper is an important part of intelligent asphalt sprinkler vehicle. After the design is completed, the function of the control system is verified through a series of production tests. The results show that the control system can meet the requirements of actual construction and reach the expected goal.
