煤矸石填筑公路路基沉降分析与施工技术研究

【摘要】:煤矸石是我国各种工业生产废料中排放量最大、占地最多、污染环境较为严重的一种固体丢弃物质,严重影响到人们的日常生活、工作质量和身心健康。在煤矸石综合利用的途径中,如果将煤矸石用作公路工程中的路基填料,,将能够大量减少筑路征地费用,并改善当地环境质量,具有明显的技术、经济和生态效益。采用煤矸石填料填筑路基目前最主要问题是保障其稳定性,而其稳定性取决于路基的最终沉降量是否在规范要求的范围内。因此,煤矸石填料路基的最终沉降量的预测分析成为亟需解决的问题。 本文分析了煤矸石的分类组成及工程性质显示:天然煤矸石虽存在明显的颗粒级配缺陷,但压密过程会促使破碎的粗大颗粒重新排列,减小煤矸石填料的孔隙比,最终使其结构更加紧密、路基更加稳定;煤矸石中的氧化物如钙、镁、铝、硅等及少量的碱料会与石灰发生一系列水化反应产生较高的强度,有效的减小路基的沉降量。本文利用某工程项目数据,选用摩尔—库仑模型,对不同填筑厚度的煤矸石路基分别采用FLAC软件进行沉降数值模拟并分析对路基施工期沉降的影响。模拟表明:随着填筑高度的增加,路基的竖向沉降量逐渐增加,各项应力变化不大;当路基高度大于10m时,最大沉降量会高达20cm以上,在煤矸石路基的设计、施工及养护时应该注意到,为煤矸石路基预留沉降量提供理论参考。与填土土料路基相对比,煤矸石填筑路基不仅能够降低工程造价,而且保护环境。最后研究煤矸石路基施工技术,分析了煤矸石路基的技术、经济和生态效益。
[Abstract]:Coal gangue is a kind of solid discarded substance which has the largest amount of emissions and occupies the most land and pollutes the environment seriously among all kinds of industrial waste in our country, which seriously affects people's daily life, working quality and physical and mental health. In the way of comprehensive utilization of coal gangue, if coal gangue is used as subgrade filler in highway engineering, it can greatly reduce the cost of road construction, improve the local environmental quality, and have obvious technical, economic and ecological benefits. At present, the main problem of using coal gangue filler to fill subgrade is to ensure its stability, and its stability depends on whether the final settlement of subgrade is within the range of specification. Therefore, the prediction and analysis of the final settlement of roadbed filled with coal gangue has become an urgent problem. The classification composition and engineering properties of coal gangue are analyzed in this paper. Although there are obvious particle gradation defects in natural coal gangue, the compaction process will cause the broken coarse particles to rearrange and reduce the void ratio of coal gangue filler. Finally, the structure of coal gangue is more compact and the roadbed is more stable, and the oxides such as calcium, magnesium, aluminum, silicon and a small amount of alkali in coal gangue will have a series of hydration reactions with lime to produce higher strength and reduce the settlement of roadbed effectively. In this paper, using the data of a certain project, the Mohr-Coulomb model is used to simulate the settlement of coal gangue roadbed with different thickness by FLAC software, and the influence on the settlement of roadbed during the construction period is analyzed. The simulation results show that the vertical settlement of subgrade increases gradually with the increase of filling height, and the stress changes little. When the height of roadbed is more than 10m, the maximum settlement will be higher than 20cm. During construction and maintenance, attention should be paid to the theoretical reference for the reserved settlement of coal gangue subgrade. Compared with the subgrade filled with soil material, coal gangue can not only reduce the engineering cost, but also protect the environment. Finally, the construction technology of coal gangue roadbed is studied, and the technical, economic and ecological benefits of coal gangue roadbed are analyzed.
