大断面浅埋暗挖海底隧道CRD法施工模拟分析

【摘要】:基于大型有限元软件ABAQUS,采用有限元无限元组合方法对大断面浅埋暗挖海底隧道CRD法施工进行了模拟分析,研究包括:初始地应力场分析,围岩注浆预加固,服务隧道的开挖及其影响,主隧道CRD法不同施工工序对隧道围岩、支护结构以及地表沉降的影响等。研究认为:新提出的初始地应力场定义方法较之前方法为佳;服务隧道开挖时,地表沉降成V形分布,主隧道开挖时,地表沉降变成W形分布;CRDⅠ部开挖和CRDⅡ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ部开挖引起的隧道围岩最大沉降位置不同;CRDⅡ部初期支护对围岩的变形有一定的控制作用;主隧道Ⅲ部拱顶的围岩沉降量较大;主隧道底拱角部存在应力集中和较大的塑性变形。研究结果对于类似工程的设计与施工具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Based on the large finite element software Abaqus, the CRD method of large section shallow buried undersea tunnel is simulated and analyzed by using the finite element infinite element combination method. The research includes the analysis of initial ground stress field and the pre-reinforcement of surrounding rock grouting. The excavation of service tunnel and its influence, the influence of different construction procedure of main tunnel CRD method on tunnel surrounding rock, supporting structure and surface subsidence, etc. The results show that the new definition method of initial in-situ stress field is better than that of the previous method, the ground subsidence becomes V-shaped distribution during tunnel excavation, and the ground subsidence becomes W-shaped distribution during main tunnel excavation and CRD 鈪,
