轮迹路面板合理几何尺寸研究

【摘要】：轮迹路是指在路基宽度范围内,只在行车荷载高频作用的轮迹带上铺筑一定厚度和宽度的路面材料所形成的道路。是一种适用于轻交通的道路结构形式,其特点是硬化面积小、环境破坏少、耐久性好、维护养护便捷、投资少。在国外,轮迹道路早有应用,但其仍无专门的设计理论与方法。为使研究更符合轮迹道路的实际工作情况,本文选择内蒙古自治区巴彦淖尔市蛮会地区的通村道路作为研究对象,对该道路进行长期的交通情况调查,掌握了大量轻交通地区的交通基础数据及情况,并运用所掌握的调查数据结合《公路水泥混凝土路面设计规范JTG D40-2011》对轮迹路面板合理几何尺寸经行深入研究一、轮迹路面板属于λ(长宽比)较大窄板,在偏载作用下易发生翻板破坏,针对轮迹道路特有的破坏形式进行了轮迹路面板的倾覆性问题研究,提出了合理的板宽设计方法。二、通过阅读大量国内外关于轮迹道路和超薄混凝土道路的文献,对影响轮迹路面板应力分布和传导的主要因素进行筛选,运用ABAQUS有限元软件对筛选后的各影响因素进行有限元分析,得出各影响因素对路面板荷载应力的影响关系,以及多因素综合作用与路面板应力的关系。三、在现有道路设计规范强制要求和路面材料性能充分发挥的基础上提出了合理的轮迹路面板几何尺寸。
[Abstract]:The track road is a kind of road structure suitable for light traffic . It features small hardening area , less environmental damage , good durability , convenient maintenance and maintenance and less investment .

Firstly , the wheel track panel belongs to 位 ( aspect ratio ) big narrow plate , it is easy to turn plate damage under the action of partial load , and the overturning problem of wheel track panel is carried out in the form of damage characteristic of wheel track road , and a reasonable design method of plate width is put forward .

Second , by reading a large number of domestic and foreign literatures about road and ultra - thin concrete road , the main factors influencing the stress distribution and conduction of the wheel track panel are selected , and the influence factors on the load stress of the road panel are analyzed by the finite element analysis of the finite element software , and the relation between the multi - factor comprehensive action and the road panel stress is obtained .

Thirdly , the reasonable wheel track panel geometry is proposed on the basis of the mandatory requirements of existing road design codes and the full play of pavement materials .
