船舶智能过闸系统的设计与研究

【摘要】:作为内河水运体系的不可或缺部分,船闸不仅具有调节水位落差、辅助船舶顺利通航的重要作用,船舶过闸流程和费用征收手续也直接影响着整个内河水运体系的运转效率。目前船闸通行状况存在诸多不足,例如:船舶过闸手续办理不便、船闸运行调度流程繁琐、船闸管理手段简单低效等。 针对以上不足,本文以提高船闸通行效率、提升船闸服务水平为目的,设计了一种船舶智能过闸系统,来实现船舶的智能报到、待闸、调度、进出闸和缴费。本文涉及的主要研究内容如下: 1.设计了船舶吃水深度测量模块,利用投入式液位变送器和水声换能器来测量船舶吃水深度测量,进而得出船舶的载重量,最终来实现依据船舶载重量的智能收费。 2.将有源RFID技术应用于整个船舶过闸过程,并设计了船舶有源RFID标签以及终端感知设备,用来实现船舶的智能感知,从而达到船主不上岸过闸的目的。 3.利用ZigBee网络和GPRS网络结合的方法来实现船舶有源RFID标签电子身份信息和船舶吃水深度信息的网络上传,由此设计了ZigBee通信模块和GPRS数据上传模块。 4.在结合现有调度模型优点的基础上,设计了一种适用于多线船闸的船舶过闸优化调度模型,并用该调度模型来完成过闸船舶的智能编排和调度,实现了各线船闸综合利用率的最大化。 5.设计了船舶智能过闸系统的服务器站点以及上位机界面,最终实现船舶、船闸管理中心、船主的信息化互通。
[Abstract]:As an indispensable part of inland waterway system, shiplock not only plays an important role in regulating the drop of water level and assisting the smooth navigation of ships, but also affects the operation efficiency of the whole inland waterway system directly. At present, there are many shortcomings in the passage of ship lock, such as inconvenient handling of ship crossing formalities, cumbersome operation and dispatch flow of lock, simple and inefficient management method of lock, etc. In order to improve the efficiency of shiplock and improve the service level of shiplock, a kind of intelligent shiplock system is designed in this paper to realize the intelligent check-in, waiting for, dispatching, entering and leaving lock and payment of fees. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. The ship draft depth measurement module is designed, and the input liquid level transducer and acoustic transducer are used to measure the ship draft depth measurement, and then the load of the ship is obtained, and finally the intelligent charge based on the ship load is realized. 2. The active RFID technology is applied to the whole process of ship crossing, and the ship active RFID tag and terminal sensing equipment are designed to realize the intelligent perception of the ship, so as to achieve the purpose of the shipowner not disembarking. 3. The method of combining ZigBee network with GPRS network is used to realize the network upload of the electronic identity information of ship active RFID tag and the ship draft depth information. The ZigBee communication module and the GPRS data upload module are designed. 4. Based on the advantages of the existing scheduling model, a ship crossing optimal scheduling model is designed, which is suitable for multi-line shiplock, and the intelligent scheduling and scheduling of the shiplock ship are accomplished by the model. The comprehensive utilization ratio of each line lock is maximized. 5. The server station and the upper computer interface of the intelligent shiplock system are designed. Finally, the information exchange of ship, lock management center and shipowner is realized.
