既有钢桥疲劳性能研究与分析

【摘要】:桥梁是一个国家经济发展的命脉,随着经济的发展,世界各国都在桥梁建设上投入大量的财力和人力,大量的钢桥也随之投入建设。然而由于疲劳断裂引起的钢桥垮塌事故也给人民生命财产造成巨大损失。所以,钢桥疲劳性能的研究显得尤其重要,这不但对于既有钢桥检定、评估及加固起着非常重要的作用,对于新桥的建设也有着指导意义。 如何科学地对既有钢桥状态进行评估,确定钢桥疲劳的关键部位,及时采取有效措施进行修补和维护具有非常重要的意义。然而由于影响钢桥疲劳问题的因素较多,我国对钢桥的疲劳问题的处理仍然很不成熟。本文针对这一现状,对既有公路钢桥的疲劳损伤进行研究,具体研究内容如下: (1)介绍钢桥疲劳问题重要性及研究现状,对疲劳分析的一些基本概念和方法做出简要阐述。 (2)简要阐述我国公路钢桥抗疲劳设计的规范和方法,应用实例介绍公路钢桥抗疲劳设计的应用,为后续钢桥的疲劳分析做铺垫。 (3)建立钢桥结构的有限元模型,应用有限元分析确定钢桥疲劳的关键部位,对钢桥关键部位进行疲劳分析,得出其损伤及寿命周期,并对关键部位进行归纳和系统分析。 (4)针对钢桥关键部位出现的构造形式进行系统地研究分析。在对疲劳应力和性能系统分析的基础上,对关键部位进行优化构造,提出修补及维护的有效措施,为后续类似设计提供科学依据。 通过对我国公路钢桥抗疲劳设计的实际应用,对于制定符合我国国情的公路桥梁疲劳荷载谱具有一定的理论和现实意义;利用有限元分析方法,依托钢桥实例,对钢桥关键部位进行疲劳分析,归纳和系统研究疲劳细节,对于指导钢桥疲劳强度评定,为后续类似设计提供科学指导也具有非常重要的意义。
[Abstract]:Bridge is the lifeblood of a country's economic development. With the development of economy, every country in the world has invested a lot of financial resources and manpower in bridge construction, and a large number of steel bridges have also been put into construction. However, the collapse of steel bridge caused by fatigue fracture also causes great loss of life and property. Therefore, the study of fatigue performance of steel bridges is particularly important, which not only plays an important role in verification, evaluation and reinforcement of existing steel bridges, How to scientifically evaluate the status of existing steel bridges, determine the key parts of fatigue of steel bridges, and take effective measures to repair and maintain them in time is of great significance. However, there are many factors that affect the fatigue of steel bridges, so it is still immature to deal with the fatigue problems of steel bridges in China. In this paper, the fatigue damage of existing highway steel bridges is studied in this paper. The specific research contents are as follows: 1) the importance and research status of fatigue problems of steel bridges are introduced. In this paper, some basic concepts and methods of fatigue analysis are briefly described. (2) the code and method of anti-fatigue design of highway steel bridges in China are briefly described, and the application of anti-fatigue design of highway steel bridges is introduced by an application example. The finite element model of the steel bridge structure is established. The key parts of the steel bridge fatigue are determined by the finite element analysis, and the damage and life cycle of the steel bridge are obtained by fatigue analysis of the key parts of the steel bridge. The key parts are summarized and systematically analyzed. 4) the structural forms of the key parts of steel bridges are systematically studied and analyzed. Based on the systematic analysis of fatigue stress and performance, this paper optimizes the structure of key parts and puts forward effective measures for repair and maintenance, which provides a scientific basis for the subsequent similar design. Through the practical application of anti-fatigue design of highway steel bridges in China, It has certain theoretical and practical significance for drawing up fatigue load spectrum of highway bridge in accordance with the national conditions of our country. Using finite element analysis method, relying on the example of steel bridge, fatigue analysis of key parts of steel bridge is carried out, and fatigue details are summarized and systematically studied. It is also of great significance to guide fatigue strength assessment of steel bridges and provide scientific guidance for similar design.
