泥水盾构泥浆管路磨损与减振处理技术

【摘要】:为了解决泥水盾构在大粒径卵砾石地层中掘进时,泥浆循环管路出现异常磨损和剧烈振动的问题,以兰州地铁某标段泥水盾构施工为工程背景,对泥浆管路磨损和振动原因进行了分析,并通过对排浆管采用偏心加厚设计、结合面整体铸造、冲刷面增加耐磨环、内壁浇筑高铬钼抗磨合金钢内衬以及管道连接处增加减震喉等方式对泥浆管路进行了改进,有效提高了泥浆管路的耐磨性能,降低了振动。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of abnormal wear and violent vibration of mud circulating pipe when the mud water shield is excavated in the gravelly stratum with large diameter, the construction of mud water shield in a certain section of Lanzhou Metro is taken as the engineering background. The causes of wear and vibration of slurry pipe are analyzed, and through the eccentric thickening design of slurry pipe, the wear resistant ring is added to the scour surface by integral casting. The internal lining of high chromium-molybdenum antiwear alloy steel and the addition of shock absorber in the connection of the pipe are improved to improve the slurry pipe line, which can effectively improve the wear resistance of the slurry pipe and reduce the vibration.
