重载公路货运通道梁式桥车辆荷载及其效应研究

【摘要】:汽车荷载是公路桥梁建成后的主要运营荷载。随着我国各地交通量和车载吨位的不断攀升,桥梁结构遭遇重载车辆及车辆超载的危害日益突出,因此关于重载交通对桥梁的荷载作用研究尤为重要。目前关于车辆荷载的研究还很不充分,本文专门对重载公路货运通道车辆荷载进行研究。主要研究内容如下: 本文首先介绍了各国公路桥梁规范对汽车荷载的规定,并将各国规范中对汽车荷载的规定进行对比。对重载公路货运通道典型路段进行实际车流量调查,对车型分布、车间距分布、车重等数据进行统计分析,并对车流量随时间变化规律进行分析。根据车流量调查数据及相关规范建立一般运行状态及密集运行状态下的车辆荷载模型。选取常见跨径简支梁桥及连续梁桥建模,计算桥梁在实际车辆荷载作用下关键截面的作用效应,并与按规范加载计算的荷载效应进行对比分析。计算结果表明,实际车辆加载作用效应与按规范加载作用效应比值随桥梁跨度增大而增大。 为更好的表述实际车辆荷载对桥梁的作用效应,选取一座T型梁简支桥,对其在几种实际车辆运行状态作用下进行承载能力极限状态验算及抗裂性验算。计算结果表明,当桥梁多车道均有拥堵车辆时,桥梁的承载能力极限状态验算及抗裂性验算均不满足要求。 最后结合本文关于重载车辆的研究计算结果,建议适当提高重载地区货运通道桥梁的荷载标准,采取措施尽量避免重载车辆在大跨度桥梁上的集中拥堵。
[Abstract]:The vehicle load is the main operating load after the highway bridge is built. With the increasing of traffic volume and vehicle tonnage, the damage of overloading and overloading of the bridge structure is becoming more and more serious, so it is very important to study the load effect of the heavy load traffic on the bridge. At present, the research on vehicle load is not enough. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, this paper introduces the regulations of highway and bridge codes in various countries on vehicle loads, and compares them with those of other countries. The actual traffic flow of a typical section of heavy haul road freight corridor is investigated. The data of vehicle type distribution, vehicle spacing distribution and vehicle weight are statistically analyzed, and the variation law of vehicle flow with time is analyzed. Based on the traffic flow survey data and relevant specifications, the vehicle load models under general and dense operation conditions are established. The common span simply supported beam bridge and continuous beam bridge are selected to model, and the effect of key section of bridge under actual vehicle load is calculated, and compared with the load effect calculated in accordance with the code loading. The results show that the ratio of the actual vehicle loading effect to the actual vehicle loading effect increases with the span of the bridge. In order to better describe the effect of the actual vehicle load on the bridge, a T-beam simply supported bridge is selected. The ultimate state of bearing capacity and crack resistance of the vehicle are checked and calculated under the action of several actual vehicle running states. The results show that when there are congested vehicles in the multi-lane of the bridge, the checking calculation of the limit state of the bearing capacity of the bridge and the checking calculation of the anti-cracking capacity of the bridge do not meet the requirements. Finally, combined with the results of the research and calculation of the heavy-duty vehicle in this paper, It is suggested that the load standard of the freight corridor bridge in heavy load area should be raised appropriately and that measures should be taken to avoid the concentrated congestion of heavy load vehicles on the long span bridge as far as possible.
