废胶粉改性沥青路面施工工艺研究

【摘要】:本文基于界面理论和溶解度理论,采用先进测试手段,,对胶粉改性沥青作用机理进行深入分析;基于国内外对废轮胎胶粉及胶粉改性沥青性能研究的已有成果,针对胶粉改性沥青混熔体系特性,对现有评价指标及试验检测方法进行适应性分析,并优化确定出室内制备工艺以指导现场生产;基于GTM旋转剪切力学方法对胶粉改性沥青混合料的组成设计进行优化研究,提出嵌挤偏骨架型连续级配优化方案,并以路用性能为判据,确定GTM揉搓成型方式下的适用于胶粉改性沥青混合料的优化级配范围;基于层间结合理论,系统研究胶粉改性沥青作为水泥混凝土桥面防水粘结层的层间稳定性,并通过实体工程总结出成套的施工质量控制方案;经室内研究成果应用于实体工程,根据胶粉改性沥青混合料特性及现有施工机械配置水平,提出现场施工质量控制方案,为废轮胎胶粉改性沥青及其混合料的应用提供理论支持和技术保障。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of interface and solubility, the mechanism of asphalt modified by rubber powder is analyzed by advanced testing method, and the performance of rubber powder and asphalt modified by rubber powder is studied. According to the characteristics of rubber powder modified asphalt mixing system, the adaptability analysis of existing evaluation index and test method is carried out, and the indoor preparation technology is optimized to guide the field production. Based on the GTM rotational shear mechanics method, the composition design of rubber powder modified asphalt mixture was optimized, and the continuous gradation optimization scheme of embedded bias skeleton was put forward, and the road performance was taken as criterion. Based on the theory of interlayer combination, the interlayer stability of asphalt modified by rubber powder as waterproofing and bond layer of cement concrete bridge deck is studied systematically. A complete set of construction quality control scheme is summarized through solid engineering, and applied to solid engineering through indoor research results, according to the characteristics of rubber powder modified asphalt mixture and the level of existing construction machinery configuration, the field construction quality control scheme is put forward. It provides theoretical support and technical support for the application of waste tire rubber powder modified asphalt and its mixture.
