铁路隧道复合式衬砌计算模型及结构可靠度分析

【摘要】:通过对钢筋混凝土偏心受压构件的极限状态方程进行推导,建立了适用于隧道钢筋混凝土衬砌结构的功能函数;基于荷载结构模型,依据蒙特卡洛方法基本原理抽样分析了二次衬砌结构荷载效应的统计特征;应用JC法的基本原理,分析计算了铁路隧道钢筋混凝土衬砌结构的可靠度,提出了一套衬砌结构可靠指标的计算方法,为按照可靠度理论修订铁路隧道设计规范提供参考。 复合式衬砌是由初期支护和二次衬砌共同构成的承载体系,但是两者在复合式衬砌中的作用目前依然存在不同认识。本文针对复合式衬砌计算目前存在的问题,采用大型通用软件ANSYS进行数值模拟和理论分析,建立了复合式衬砌计算模型。 阐述了目前荷载结构模型与地层结构模型的基本原理及其优缺点,在此基础上,提出并分析了地层共同作用的荷载结构模型,利用该模型对以初期支护为主要承载形式的复合式衬砌结构进行了计算,讨论了边界大小对计算结果的影响,并对二次衬砌进行了检算,得到了不同围岩级别下初期支护及二次衬砌的安全系数。 在新推导极限状态方程的基础上,对复合式衬砌进行可靠度分析,研究新方程的适用性,分析各个变量对结果的影响大小;同时利用共同作用模型结合新的极限状态方程,对复合式衬砌结构进行了试算,,分析了其可靠度结果,并对各变量的灵敏度进行了对比。
[Abstract]:Through the derivation of the limit state equation of reinforced concrete eccentrically compressed members, the function suitable for tunnel reinforced concrete lining structure is established, based on the load structure model, According to the basic principle of Monte Carlo method, the statistical characteristics of the load effect of secondary lining structure are sampled and analyzed, and the reliability of reinforced concrete lining structure of railway tunnel is analyzed and calculated by applying the basic principle of JC method. A set of calculation method for reliability index of lining structure is put forward, which provides a reference for revising the design code of railway tunnel according to reliability theory. Compound lining is a bearing system composed of initial support and secondary lining. However, the roles of both in compound lining still exist different understanding. In view of the existing problems in the calculation of composite lining, the numerical simulation and theoretical analysis are carried out by using the large-scale general software ANSYS. The calculation model of composite lining is established. The basic principles and advantages and disadvantages of the current load structure model and stratum structure model are expounded. On the basis of this, the load structure model of stratum interaction is put forward and analyzed. By using this model, the composite lining structure with primary support as its main bearing form is calculated, and the influence of boundary size on the calculation results is discussed, and the secondary lining is checked and calculated. The safety factors of initial support and secondary lining under different surrounding rock levels are obtained. Based on the new limit state equation, the reliability of composite lining is analyzed, and the applicability of the new equation is studied. The influence of each variable on the result is analyzed, and the combined action model and the new limit state equation are used to calculate the composite lining structure, the reliability results are analyzed, and the sensitivity of each variable is compared.
