普通公路沥青路面预防性养护管理决策研究

【摘要】:截至2012年,我国公路总计423.75万公里,其中,高速公路9.76万公里,仅次于美国,居世界第二位。公路建成后,随着使用年限的增加,开始出现不同程度、不同形式的病害与破损,如果对这些病害、破损不采取及时、合理养护措施,就会导致路面性能迅速下降,影响车辆行驶的舒适度、产生更多的出行费用,甚至可能影响人车的安全。因此,在公路大量建设的同时,路面的养护管理逐渐成为公路发展的重点工作。 预防性养护是区别于矫正性养护的一种新型路面养护方式,它是在路面还未损坏或损坏的初期,为防止损坏继续扩展,降低路面性能的衰减速度,在保证路面性能的同时尽可能的减少道路养护费用,相对矫正性养护提前实施的路面养护作业。 本文的研究对象是普通公路,主要指除高速公路以外的公路。以大连市普通公路养护工程为依托,针对目前公路养护管理现状,首先分析了现有的路面使用性能评价指标体系存在的问题,建立了适合预防性养护的沥青路面使用性能评价指标体系。其次,对灰色聚类评估法中的白化权函数进行了改进,将改进后的评价方法应用到路面使用性能评价中。然后,将案例推理技术引入到路面使用性能预测中,并利用灰色关联分析检索出相似案例,进而预测路面性能变化趋势及指标值。最后,阐述了项目级路面预防性养护措施的选择,重点分析了实施预防性养护措施过程中的费用和效益,利用费用效益法计算了最佳预防性养护时机,并用实际案例验证了方法的有效性,研究结论对公路路面实际养护工作有一定的指导作用。
[Abstract]:Up to 2012, our country road total 4.2375 million kilometers, including, the highway 97600 kilometers, second only to the United States, ranks second in the world. After the completion of the highway, with the increase of service life, different kinds of diseases and breakages begin to appear. If the damage of these diseases is not timely and reasonable maintenance measures are taken, it will lead to the rapid deterioration of pavement performance. It affects the comfort of the vehicle, produces more travel costs, and may even affect the safety of the vehicle. Therefore, at the same time of highway construction, pavement maintenance and management has gradually become the focus of highway development. Preventive maintenance is a new type of pavement maintenance, which is different from corrective maintenance, and it is in the early stage when the pavement has not been damaged or damaged. In order to prevent the damage from spreading, to reduce the attenuation speed of pavement performance, to reduce the cost of road maintenance while ensuring the pavement performance, and to carry out the pavement maintenance operation earlier than the corrective maintenance, the object of this paper is the common highway. Mainly refers to the highway other than the highway. Based on the ordinary highway maintenance project in Dalian and the current situation of highway maintenance and management, this paper first analyzes the existing problems in the evaluation index system of pavement performance. The evaluation index system of asphalt pavement performance is established, which is suitable for preventive maintenance. Secondly, the whitening weight function in the grey clustering evaluation method is improved, and the improved evaluation method is applied to the pavement performance evaluation. Then, the case-based reasoning technology is introduced into pavement performance prediction, and similar cases are retrieved by grey relational analysis, and then the changing trend and index value of pavement performance are predicted. Finally, the selection of preventive maintenance measures for project-grade pavement is expounded, the cost and benefit in the process of implementing preventive maintenance measures are analyzed, and the best preventive maintenance time is calculated by cost-benefit method. The effectiveness of the method is verified by a practical case, and the conclusion of the study has a certain guiding effect on the actual maintenance of highway pavement.
