农安县粮食外运运输方案比选

【摘要】:进入新世纪以来,随着经济生活水平的提高,客户对货物运输业服务水平有了更高的期待,送货速度成为了衡量顾客满意度的主要指标,客户已经不再满足于货物仅仅是运到车站,还要实时送货上门,货物运输市场的顾客需求已经从“少品种、大批量、少批次、长周期”转变为“多品种、小批量、多批次、短周期”。落后的体制机制不能够满足人们日益提高的对服务水平的要求,货物运输业有必要随着顾客需求的变化进行调整,货物运输方式选择就是其中一项重要的内容,关系到货物运输的时间、成本、质量以及货运的服务水平。农安县地处长春和松原两市之间,处于长春市1小时经济圈之内,经济发展前景广阔,县内有长白铁路和多条高速公路经过,交通便利。农安县是全国著名的产粮大县,近年来,农安县粮食年产量一直稳定在250万吨以上。如何发挥农安县粮食对外运输已经具备的铁路、公路核心资源优势,有效衔接东北沿海粮食码头开展出口贸易和中转业务,是实现地区经济增长的关键要素之一。运输方案的合理选择对于粮食外运具有深远影响,也有利于带动提高农业的经济效益。 本论文主要从货物运输方案选择方面及与之相关的理论和方法进行了深入研究,其主要研究工作和内容如下:首先介绍了本文的研究背景和研究意义,对比了国内外在货物运输方面的研究现状,,阐述了各种货物运输方式及多式联运的影响因素;其次,对农安县的交通运输现状进行介绍,采用灰色预测方法预测了农安县粮食外运量,预测结果表明农安县有发展粮食物流的充足货源和优化运输方案的迫切需求;最后,提出粮食外运运输方案选择的优化目标和数学模型,依据遗传算法对文中所建立模型进行算法设计并求解,文中给出了几种适合农安县粮食外运的运输方式组合方案,对农安县粮食外运具有重要的指导意义。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the new century, with the improvement of economic living standards, customers have higher expectations for the service level of the freight transport industry. Delivery speed has become the main indicator of customer satisfaction. The customer is no longer satisfied that the goods are only delivered to the station, but also delivered to the door in real time. The customer demand in the freight transport market has changed from "fewer varieties, larger quantities, fewer batches, and longer cycles" to "multiple varieties, small batches, many batches," Short period. The backward institutional mechanism can not meet the increasing demands of the people on the level of service. It is necessary for the freight transport industry to adjust with the change of customer demand. The choice of the mode of freight transportation is one of the important contents. It relates to the time, cost, quality and service level of freight transportation. Nong'an County is located between Changchun and Songyuan, within the 1-hour economic circle of Changchun City, with broad prospects for economic development. There are Changbai Railway and several expressways passing through the county, and the transportation is convenient. Nong'an County is a famous grain-producing county in China. In recent years, the annual grain output of Nong'an County has been stable at more than 2.5 million tons. How to give full play to the advantages of railway and highway core resources of grain transportation in Nong'an County and to effectively link up the export trade and transit business of the Northeast Coastal Grain Wharf is one of the key factors to realize the regional economic growth. The reasonable choice of transportation scheme has far-reaching influence on grain transportation, and it is also helpful to improve the economic benefit of agriculture. This paper mainly studies the choice of freight transport scheme and the related theories and methods. The main research work and contents are as follows: firstly, this paper introduces the research background and significance of this paper, compares the domestic and foreign research status in the field of freight transport, expounds the various modes of freight transport and the factors affecting multimodal transport; secondly, This paper introduces the present situation of transportation in Nong'an County, and forecasts the quantity of grain transportation in Nong'an County by using the grey forecasting method. The forecast results show that there is sufficient supply for developing grain logistics in Nong'an County and an urgent need to optimize the transportation scheme. The optimization goal and mathematical model of grain transportation scheme selection are put forward, and the algorithm design and solution of the model established in this paper are carried out according to genetic algorithm. Several transportation modes combination schemes suitable for grain transportation in Nong'an County are given in this paper. It has important guiding significance for grain transportation in Nong'an County.
