【摘要】：正压载水公约正式生效全面进入倒计时,航运界各方是否做好了准备?随着芬兰的"临门一脚",使得国际海事组织(IMO)于2004年2月通过的《压载水公约》正式满足了30个国家,占35%世界商船总吨位的生效条件,意味着压载水公约在达到生效条件之日起12个月后即2017年9月8日将正式生效。压载水公约正式生效全面进入倒计时,航运界各方是否做好了准备?
[Abstract]:The positive Ballast Water Convention has formally entered into force and the countdown has entered into full swing. Are all parties in the shipping industry ready? With Finland's "one foot in the door", the "Ballast Water Convention" adopted by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) in February 2004 formally met the requirements of 30 countries, accounting for 35% of the total tonnage of the world's merchant ships. This means that the Ballast Water Convention will enter into force 12 months after the date of entry into force, that is, 8 September 2017. Ballast Water Convention has entered into full countdown. Are all parties in the shipping industry ready?
