大都市近郊通勤交通需求管理策略

【摘要】:随着城市向郊区蔓延,城市内部的居住-就业关系逐渐由"职住合一"向"职住分离"演变,随之而来的长距离郊区—主城向心通勤加剧了城市交通问题。分析了南京近郊(东山和秣陵街道)的市郊通勤交通特征及问题归纳,从土地利用、多样化交通方式、机动车管理等方面对长距离的通勤提出了相适应的综合性交通需求管理策略,以达到优化郊区通勤交通结构、改善郊区通勤出行质量的目的。为进一步实施交通需求管理提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the spread of the city to the suburbs, the relationship between residence and employment in the city gradually evolves from "the unity of occupation and residence" to "separation of occupation and residence", and the commuting between the long distance suburbs and the main city intensifies the urban traffic problem. The characteristics and problems of commuting traffic in the suburbs of Nanjing (Dongshan and moling streets) are analyzed. In order to optimize the commuting traffic structure and improve the quality of commuting in suburban areas, the paper puts forward a comprehensive traffic demand management strategy for long-distance commuting in the aspects of motor vehicle management and so on, in order to optimize the commuting traffic structure and improve the quality of commuting in rural areas. It provides a reference for the further implementation of traffic demand management.
