沥青路面多功能综合养护车设计与研究

【摘要】:二十一世纪以来,,我国高等级沥青道路建设事业进入飞速发展阶段,然而路面的养护技术和设备制约着沥青路面进一步发展。本文结合某省重点科技计划项目“热带季风多雨区高等级公路保畅快速修复成套技术研究”,提出子课题“沥青路面多功能综合养护车设计与研究”。旨在研发一种以冷修补为技术特征,能够进行高质量、快速修复的沥青路面小型多功能综合养护车以及现场快速修复施工工艺,并形成成套技术,实现沥青路面快速修复。 本文根据路面养护车的设计原则,对沥青路面多功能综合养护车进行了结构设计和零部件选型设计,使沥青路面多功能综合养护车集切割、挖掘、破碎、搅拌、压实功能于一体。在结构设计的基础上,校核了空载、满载状态下,包括载荷分配、操作稳定性、行驶稳定性在内的多项性能指标,规定了整车行驶速度应限制在100km/h内。并针对以最大挖掘半径向后挖掘、以最大挖掘半径侧面挖掘、单斗受力三种极限工况下,关键部件的有限元分析,验证了各工况下关键部件都处于安全范围内,且整车安全系数分别达到1.797、1.547、2.8。 本文通过运动学仿真获得了挖掘装置活动的包络曲线和有效挖掘范围包络曲线;同时获得了挖掘装置有效工作时的最大挖掘半径、最大卸料高度、最大挖掘深度等关键性能数据;并提出了将各状态下液压缸的伸长量测量记录下来,载入数据库,用于挖掘装置实现自动化作业的方案。通过动力学仿真,模拟了挖掘装置以最大挖掘半径挖掘和单斗受力两种状态下,挖掘机底架与车架连接处转矩的变化曲线,曲线显示:此关键部位受载基本对称,底架、车架和螺栓等部件受力均匀。
[Abstract]:Since the 21 century, the construction of high grade asphalt road in China has entered a rapid development stage. However, the maintenance technology and equipment of the pavement restrict the further development of the asphalt pavement. In this paper, according to the key scientific and technological project of a province, "study on the complete set of techniques for the maintenance and fast restoration of high grade highway in tropical monsoon and rainy area", a sub-project "Design and Research of Asphalt pavement Multi-Functional Comprehensive maintenance vehicle" is put forward in this paper. The purpose of this paper is to develop a kind of small multi-function comprehensive maintenance vehicle with high quality and quick repair, and to form a complete set of technology, which is characterized by cold repair, and can be used to repair asphalt pavement quickly. According to the design principle of pavement maintenance vehicle, the structure design and parts selection design of asphalt pavement multi-function comprehensive maintenance vehicle are carried out in this paper, so that the asphalt pavement multi-function comprehensive maintenance vehicle can be cut and excavated. Crushing, stirring, compacting function in one. On the basis of the structural design, several performance indexes, including load distribution, operation stability and driving stability, are checked under the condition of no-load and full-load, and the driving speed of the whole vehicle should be limited to 100km/h. According to the finite element analysis of the key parts under the three limit conditions of the maximum excavation radius backward excavation, the maximum excavation radius side excavation and the single bucket loading, it is verified that the key components are in the safe range under each working condition. And the safety factor of the whole vehicle is 1.797 / 1.547 / 2.8.The envelope curve and the effective range envelope curve of the excavating device are obtained by kinematics simulation, and the maximum excavating radius and the maximum unloading height are obtained when the excavating device is working effectively. The key performance data such as maximum mining depth and so on are put forward, and the measure of hydraulic cylinder elongation under different states is recorded and loaded into database, which can be used to realize automatic operation of excavating device. By means of dynamic simulation, the curve of torque variation at the joint of excavator underframe and frame is simulated under the condition of excavating device with maximum excavation radius and single bucket force. The curve shows that the load of this key position is basically symmetrical, the underframe is basically symmetrical, The parts such as frame and bolt are subjected to uniform force.
