寒区运营隧道温度场数值模拟

【摘要】:以某寒区隧道为工程背景,通过Fluent与Ansys的假耦合计算,建立围岩、衬砌及洞内气体的流固对流换热模型。计算结果表明:随着时间的推移,洞内气体和围岩温度场逐渐趋于稳定,洞内气温变化剧烈段为进出口50 m范围内,15 d气体温差达1.4℃。在最不利气温下,30 d围岩负温影响深度为10 m左右,冻结深度为5 m左右,其中仰拱受温度影响最大,拱顶和拱腰次之,在二衬表面铺设5 cm厚保温层能防止隧道发生冻结。其结论可为寒区隧道保温措施提供一定理论依据。
[Abstract]:The flow - solid convection heat transfer model of surrounding rock , lining and gas in tunnel is established by the pseudo - coupling calculation of the tunnel in a cold area . The results show that , over the course of time , the temperature field of the surrounding rock , lining and gas in the tunnel is gradually stable .
