路面摩擦系数测量仪测量系统的设计

【摘要】:本文针对现有的路面摩擦系数测量仪器的特点:如摆式仪的测量速度慢,测量精度低,不能进行连续测量及专用的摩擦系数测量车的测量及维护费用较高,设计了一种实用、高效、连续测量的路面摩擦系数测量设备,该设备可将摩擦系数,车速等信息实时显示,并可以按需要存储测量数据。 本文首先根据摩擦系数测量仪的机械结构及受力状况分析了该测量仪测量摩擦系数的原理,并对摩擦系数的理论计算进行了推导,最后根据测量系统的技术要求提出了测量系统的总体方案。 测量系统的硬件部分设计主要包括对扭矩传感器、转速传感器的设计,传感器信号的调理、采集电路的设计,数据处理显示模块、数据存储模块、电源模块的电路的设计,最后完成测量系统电路原理图的绘制、PCB电路板的设计及元器件焊接等。其中数据采集、处理显示、存储模块都是将STC15F2K60S2单片机作为主控芯片,而这些模块间通过单片机的串口进行数据交换。数据存储模块可通过USB接口存储试验数据。 测量系统的软件部分设计包括对数据采集模块、数据处理显示模块、数据存储模块单片机的编程,及对储存的试验数据文件的后处理的编程,,最后完成软硬件的联合调试。
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics of the existing measuring instruments for the friction coefficient of road surface, such as the slow measuring speed of the pendulum instrument, the low measuring precision, the high cost of measuring and maintaining the vehicle which can not carry out continuous measurement and the special friction coefficient measuring vehicle, a practical design has been designed in this paper. The equipment can display the information of friction coefficient and speed in real time and store the measurement data according to the need. In this paper, the principle of measuring friction coefficient is analyzed according to the mechanical structure and force state of the measuring instrument, and the theoretical calculation of friction coefficient is deduced. Finally, according to the technical requirements of the measurement system, the overall scheme of the measurement system is proposed. The hardware design of the measurement system mainly includes the design of torque sensor, speed sensor, sensor signal conditioning, acquisition circuit design, data processing and display module, data storage module, power supply module circuit design. Finally, the design of PCB circuit board and the welding of components are completed. The STC15F2K60S2 single chip microcomputer is used as the main control chip in the data acquisition, processing and display, and the data exchange between these modules is carried out through the serial port of the single chip microcomputer. Data storage module can store test data through USB interface. The software design of the measurement system includes the programming of the data acquisition module, the data processing and display module, the data storage module and the post-processing of the stored test data file. Finally, the joint debugging of the software and hardware is completed.
