Sasobit温拌沥青混凝土碾压温度离析研究

【摘要】:运用红外线热像仪观测了隧道不同部位的温拌沥青混凝土摊铺面的碾压温度分布情况,分析了其温度离析的不同分布状况和温度差异的形成原因,利用无核密度仪(PQI)检测分析了温度离析对沥青路面中面层压实质量的影响。现场大量的检测数据表明,温拌沥青混凝土碾压温度与其密度、压实度、空隙率之间存在良好的线性相关关系。基于压实质量随碾压温度变化的规律和压实度、空隙率的施工质量最低控制要求,建议温拌沥青混凝土的最低碾压控制温度宜为135℃。参照热拌沥青混凝土温度离析的空隙率和密度差评价标准,提出了温拌沥青混凝土不同温度离析状况时的碾压温度差评价标准,将温度离析划分为4种不同的离析程度:未离析、轻度离析、中度离析和重度离析,相应的碾压温度差评价标准分别为4,4~11,11~17,17℃。
[Abstract]:The rolling temperature distribution of warm asphalt concrete paving surface in different parts of tunnel was observed by infrared thermal imager, and the different distribution of temperature segregation and the forming reason of temperature difference were analyzed. The effect of temperature segregation on the compaction quality of the middle surface of asphalt pavement is analyzed by means of the seedless density meter (PQI). A large number of field data show that there is a good linear correlation between rolling temperature and density, compactness and voidage of warm asphalt concrete. Based on the law of compaction quality varying with roller compaction temperature, compaction degree and minimum control requirement of construction quality of voids, it is suggested that the minimum rolling control temperature of warm mix asphalt concrete should be 135 鈩,
