车辆通过道路减速带时的冲击荷载特性研究

【摘要】:随着我国车辆工业的迅速发展,车辆和交通流大幅增长,使道路交通事故频发,道路减速带能减缓车辆的行驶速度、提高行车安全性,是减少交通事故的有效安全设施。但如果减速带结构及布置不合理,将会使车辆产生过大的振动和冲击力,造成车辆底盘结构件的损伤,影响车辆的使用寿命。同时,也给周边的环境产生很大的噪声污染。因此,研究分析车辆通过减速带时的车辆冲击荷载特性具有重要的理论意义和工程实用价值。 本文以重型载货汽车为研究对象,运用SIMPACK多体动力学仿真分析软件建立重型载货汽车整车多体动力学模型。基于三角网格法建立谐波叠加法激励的幂函数功率谱密度三维路面不平度模型和道路减速带模型。在此基础上,建立三维随机路面和道路减速带激励下的重型载货汽车整车行驶动力学模型。对重型载货汽车通过道路减速带时的冲击荷载特性进行了仿真分析与研究。 选取轮胎法向力、纵向力作为评价道路减速带对车辆冲击荷载特性的指标,进行了整车以不同车速通过不同横断面轮廓减速带、圆弧减速带结构尺寸及不同纵向坡度时轮胎法向力、纵向力的仿真计算,分析了各因素对车辆冲击荷载特性的影响。研究结果可为道路减速带的设计及布置提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of vehicle industry in China, the increase of vehicle and traffic flow makes the road traffic accidents frequent. The road speed reducer can slow down the speed of the vehicle, improve the driving safety, and is an effective safety facility to reduce the traffic accidents. However, if the structure and arrangement of the reducer are not reasonable, the vibration and impact force of the vehicle will be too large, which will result in the damage of the chassis structure of the vehicle and affect the service life of the vehicle. At the same time, it also produces a lot of noise pollution to the surrounding environment. Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study and analyze the impact load characteristics of vehicles passing through the reducer. In this paper, the multi-body dynamics model of heavy-duty truck is established by using SIMPACK multi-body dynamics simulation software. Based on the triangular grid method, the power function power spectrum density 3D road roughness model and the road speed reducer model are established by harmonic superposition method. On this basis, the driving dynamics model of heavy-duty truck under the excitation of three dimensional random road surface and road speed reducer is established. The impact load characteristics of heavy-duty truck passing through the road deceleration are simulated and studied. The tire normal force and longitudinal force are selected as the indexes to evaluate the impact load characteristics of the road speed reducer, and the whole vehicle passes through the different cross section profile reducer at different speeds. Simulation calculation of normal force and longitudinal force of tire with different longitudinal slope and structure size of circular arc reducer is carried out, and the influence of various factors on impact load characteristics of vehicle is analyzed. The results can provide reference for the design and layout of road speed reducers.
