新疆S102大修工程预防性养护方案研究

【摘要】:随着国家公路建设投入的加大,西部地区公路不断兴建。由于公路路基地质、水文条件的影响以及动静荷载长期作用,公路沥青路面受到损伤,裂缝、车辙、松散、泛油等病害的出现,严重影响公路的运营寿命和行车安全。因此,对沥青路面路面性能状况进行评价以及养护对策研究具有重要意义。 S102线K0+000~K32+275乌鲁木齐迎宾路至五家渠段公路自投入使用以来,路面在车辆荷载重复作用、沥青老化及温度应力等不利因素作用下出现了横向裂缝、纵向裂缝、松散、车辙等病害。通过对路面病害调查评价以及微表处预防性养护技术研究,设计出最佳养护方案。首先,论文对S102线K0+000~K32+275乌鲁木齐迎宾路至五家渠段出现的病害进行调查,采用路面使用性能指数(PQI)并结合路面结构强度指数(PSSI)评定结果对路面技术状况进行综合评定,并对路面主要病害的成因进行分析,在此基础上,得到整个路段沥青路面的状况,为预防性养护方案设计提供数据。 通过对养护方案经济效益、养护标准以及稀浆封层、微表处、碎石封层、雾封层预防性养护措施等内容进行研究,选择寻找成本较低、效果佳的微表处封层技术作为该项目的沥青路面养护方案。其次,对沥青路面微表处养护的设计方法以及对材料要求、混合料级配、材料用量的范围进行研究;在此基础上,进行配合比试验研究,根据试验结果确定微表处混合料的最佳配合比为:石料:乳化沥青:水:填料=100:12.7:10:2。最后,,以新疆S102乌鲁木齐迎宾路至五家渠段大中修工程为例,提出了微表处养护方案,对技术应用过程进行施工工艺、施工质量进行控制,针对施工过程遇到的各种问题,提出相应的处治方法。 通过微表处预防性养护技术在本工程的应用研究,对提高行车舒适性、预防公路病害的进一步发展、延长道路使用寿命、降低道路养护费用都具有十分重要的意义。道路养护后路面状况表明,微表处技术在本项目的应用成功的,可在该地区推广使用。
[Abstract]:With the increase of the national highway construction investment, the western region highway construction unceasingly. Due to the influence of highway subgrade geology, hydrological conditions and static loads for a long time, asphalt pavement is damaged, cracked, rutted, loose, flooding oil and other diseases, which seriously affect the operation life and driving safety of highway. Therefore, it is of great significance to evaluate the performance of asphalt pavement and to study the maintenance countermeasures. Since the highway between Yingbin Road and Wujia Canal in Urumqi has been put into use, Under the action of repeated vehicle load, asphalt aging and temperature stress, the pavement has many diseases, such as transverse crack, longitudinal crack, loose, rutting and so on. Through the investigation and evaluation of pavement diseases and the study of preventive maintenance technology at microsurfacing, the best maintenance scheme is designed. Firstly, the paper investigates the diseases in the section between Yingbin Road and Wujiaqu of K0000K32275 Urumqi on S102 Line. The pavement technical condition is evaluated synthetically by using the pavement performance index (PQI) and the evaluation result of pavement structure strength index (PSSI). Based on the analysis of the causes of the main pavement diseases, the condition of the asphalt pavement of the whole section is obtained, which provides data for the design of the preventive maintenance scheme. By studying the economic benefits, maintenance standards, slurry sealing layer, microsurface, gravel seal and preventive maintenance measures of fog seal, the cost of the maintenance scheme is low. The effective microsurfacing sealing technology is used as the asphalt pavement maintenance scheme of the project. Secondly, the design method of asphalt pavement micro-surface maintenance and the range of material requirement, mixture gradation and material dosage are studied. According to the test results, the optimum mix ratio of the mixture is determined as follows: stone: emulsified asphalt: water: filler 100: 12.7: 10: 2. Finally, taking the large and medium repair project from Yingbin Road to Wujiaqu in Urumqi, Xinjiang as an example, the maintenance scheme of micro-surfacing is put forward, the construction technology and construction quality are controlled during the application of the technology, and the various problems encountered in the construction process are pointed out. The corresponding treatment methods are put forward. Through the application of microsurfacing preventive maintenance technology in this project, it is of great significance to improve the driving comfort, prevent the further development of highway diseases, prolong the road service life and reduce the road maintenance cost. The pavement condition after road maintenance shows that the application of microsurfacing technology in this project is successful and can be popularized in this area.
