吹填造陆区在地基处理中的变形分析及加固效果评价

【摘要】:天津中心渔港工程坐落在汉沽区营城镇高家堡村南侧海域,东临李家河盐场堤水口、南向渤海湾、西至汉蔡路、北到海挡。根据已批准的天津中心渔港总体规划,海域部分分为作业区和休闲区,本次软基加固场区位于中心渔港作业区造陆三区、四区内。地基处理总面积为53.99万m2,其中采用真空预压方法加固的面积为48.98万m2。 本文首先对真空预压法的加固机理进行了研究分析,然后以天津中心渔港工程中采用真空预压法加固吹填土为例,对天津中心渔港工程吹填土加固机理和真空预压处理吹填土的关键技术进行了详细的研究,对软基加固处理区域的检测与监测分析对天津中心渔港工程吹填土的处理具有重要的实际应用价值。具体研究成果如下: (1)结合天津临港产业区围海造陆工程的概况,对其土体加固进行了分析,并且对加固土体区域进行了监测分析;通过对现场十字板试验成果的分析可以看出,各区加固前的原状土抗剪强度有以下特点:场区内各区浅层土体由于自重固结时间较短,其抗剪强度在10kPa之内。 (2)结合天津临港产业区围海造陆工程的概况,总结了地基处理设计方案与标准,,介绍了软基监测与检测的目的,并对浅层真空预压区和井点降水加动力固结区进行了监测分析。
[Abstract]:Tianjin central fishing port project is located in the south of Hangu Yingcheng Gaojiabao village, east of Lijiahe salt water mouth, south to Bohai Bay, west to Hancai Road, north to sea block. According to the approved master plan of Tianjin Central Fishery Port, the sea area is divided into operation area and leisure area. The total area of foundation treatment is 539900 m2, in which the area strengthened by vacuum preloading method is 489800 m2. In this paper, the reinforcement mechanism of vacuum preloading method is studied and analyzed firstly, and then the application of vacuum preloading method in the construction of Tianjin Central Fishery Port is taken as an example. In this paper, the reinforcement mechanism of fill and the key technology of vacuum preloading for filling in Tianjin Central Fishery Port are studied in detail. The detection, monitoring and analysis of the soft foundation reinforcement treatment area have important practical application value for the treatment of the filling soil in Tianjin Central Fishery Port Project. The concrete research results are as follows: (1) combined with the general situation of the reclamation project of Tianjin Lingang Industrial District, the soil reinforcement is analyzed, and the area of the strengthened soil is monitored and analyzed. Through the analysis of the field cross plate test results, it can be seen that the shear strength of the undisturbed soil before reinforcement in each district has the following characteristics: the consolidation time of the shallow soil in each region is short because of the self-weight consolidation, The shear strength is less than 10 KPA. The paper summarizes the design scheme and standard of foundation treatment, and introduces the purpose of monitoring and testing soft foundation, combined with the general situation of reclamation and land construction project in Tianjin Lingang Industrial District. Monitoring and analysis of shallow vacuum preloading area and well point precipitation plus dynamic consolidation area are carried out.
