公路隧道支护质量无损检测技术研究

【摘要】:随着现代高等级公路建设的迅猛发展,近年来公路隧道建设的规模越来越大,长度越来越长。隧道是隐蔽工程,安全隐患不易被发现,再加上受到检测方法、检测技术、检测水平以及仪器自身局限性的限制,国内没有隧道无损检测相关规范,直接影响到了将后来隧道能否安全运营。本文主要针对公路隧道在施工过程中衬砌支护存在的缺陷,提出一套合理的公路隧道衬砌支护质量无损检测技术,从而保证公路隧道工程的质量,减少公路隧道养护和维修费用,提高公路隧道基础建设的经济效益和社会效益。 论文研究内容有两个方面: 1.地质雷达法检测技术 首先,针对地质雷达现场检测的影响因素、后期数据处理分析等隧道检测时可能存在的问题,提出一系列的改进措施。其次,为提高检测精度,优化检测参数设置,建立了与隧道衬砌1:1的模型。通过对模型进行反复试验,优化了相关检测参数。最后,,以山西省在建高速公路隧道为依托,进行了大量的工程实践,提出了二车道和三车道隧道的不同测线布置,及在进行地质雷达现场检测时的注意事项,总结归纳出地质雷达法检测衬砌质量时各种缺陷的标准图谱。 2.隧道锚杆质量声波反射法检测技术 以锚杆的锚固机理、力学模型、声波反射法为理论基础,通过各种及各类锚杆模型试验,结合大量的工程实践,总结出了不同锚固质量下的声波反射波形,提出了锚杆锚固质量判定等级,并给出了各锚固等级下的参考图谱及现场检测时的注意事项。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern highway construction, the scale and length of highway tunnel construction is getting larger and longer in recent years. Tunnel is a hidden project, the hidden danger of safety is not easy to be found, coupled with the detection method, detection technology, testing level and the limitations of the instrument itself, there are no relevant norms for tunnel nondestructive testing in China. A direct impact will be the tunnel will be safe to operate. Aiming at the defects of lining support in highway tunnel construction, this paper puts forward a set of reasonable nondestructive testing technology for lining support quality of highway tunnel, so as to ensure the quality of highway tunnel engineering. Reduce the maintenance and maintenance cost of highway tunnel and improve the economic and social benefits of highway tunnel infrastructure construction. There are two aspects in this paper: 1. First of all, a series of improvement measures are put forward to solve the problems in tunnel detection, such as the influencing factors of field detection and the later data processing and analysis, etc. Secondly, in order to improve the accuracy of detection and optimize the setting of detection parameters, the 1:1 model of tunnel lining is established. The parameters of the model are optimized by repeated experiments. Finally, based on the highway tunnel under construction in Shanxi Province, a large number of engineering practices have been carried out, and the different line arrangement of two-lane tunnel and three-lane tunnel are put forward, as well as the matters needing attention in the field detection of GPR. The standard atlas of various defects in the detection of lining quality by GPR method is summarized. 2. Based on the anchoring mechanism, mechanical model and acoustic reflection method, the mass acoustic reflection testing technology of tunnel anchor rod is based on various and various kinds of anchoring model tests, combined with a large number of engineering practices, the method of tunnel anchor mass acoustic reflection testing is based on the anchoring mechanism, mechanical model and sound wave reflection method. The acoustic wave waves under different anchoring quality are summarized, and the judging grade of anchoring quality is put forward, and the reference map of each anchoring grade and the matters needing attention in field inspection are given.
